Gonna be a busy week for me when this drops. Pick this up Tuesday, gotta work Wednesday and Thursday, and have Friday off. I'm running the Spartan Beast in Vermont on that Saturday, hence why I took Friday off for more rest.

I think I just might have to convince the wife that I need to use another vacation day on Thursday to rest some more for the race........aka play the hell out of GTA.

Where are you guys preordering from? I heard Microsoft Store is offering 1600 microsoft points and Newegg is offering $10 code.

Does Best Buy offer anything? I have a $50 gift card from Christmas that I'll use to pre-order this game.

Two hundred and sixty pages of this. Wow. I have a question, which may or may have not been asked/answered already.

One of my pet peeves about all Grand Theft Auto games was that (well, there's a couple that are related) 1.) You cannot own a "garage" where you can store cars, nor can you buy cars legally. I'd like to put together a collection of cars. I know we had the safe area where we could park them in GTA IV but I'd like something a little more elaborate.
2.) NO ONE LOCKS THEIR DOORS OR WEARS A SEAT BELT. I understand the game is called Grand Theft Auto, but come on. The player really should not be able to walk up to any car, open the door and pull the person out. Should you be able to do it sometimes? Sure. You could always have the option of just aiming your gun at a driver while they are stopped and try and force them out, etc.

Does anyone know if these two (plus) items I've mentioned will be in Grand Theft Auto V? I would be very pleasantly surprised if they were but it would make my enjoyment of the game much greater.

From the Q & A a few weeks back I believe that cars are something you can buy. But I'll have to read it again to be sure.

Lol I'm also 100% sure the seatbelt and locked car isn't in. It would be interesting to see what game actually does that though.

If they had seat belts in the game...I wouldnt wear one. Im about that life.

They should totally put in a quick-time event for jacking cars where you have to press a sequence of buttons to take the driver's seatbelt off before you get to throw them out of the car. That would be so much fun.

Right, and if you dont put on your belt after hijacking said car, it beeps non stop until you put it on.

Didnt Nico break car windows to get into locked cars? And Buying cars? What is this the Sims?

I think it would be interesting if some people didn't simply get out of the car by pulling them away.

Would be frustrating, but realistic(?), to have your character running from the police, spot a car for a quick getaway, only to struggle with the driver in a seatbelt.

Also, I believe king is right. Niko had to break windows to get into some locked cars.

In Sleeping Dogs you could buy Cars. Maybe have that system in GTA V.
