I heard the same yell for help, got out of my car and forgot I still had my gun equipped. She ran away.

Ha, the ol' Red Dead Redemption damsel in distress routine. I had that GTA V random encounter on lockdown. When I stopped to listen to her crying for help, I knew an ambush may very well be at hand, so I came in ready to blaze.

Ive only done one assassination mission when you have to take out the guy leaving the hotel in the black suburban with Franklin...where do i need to look to get more assassinations?


I forgot i i also took out a left handed cigarette beard guy with michael. when you had to torture the hispanic guy with the fib and trevor.

Are they random? or played along in the story??

i as well are running low on funds.

What did they do to the driving ? Seems too arcady/easy now. I was playing gta4 recently and really got used to how the cars handle. Seems like it actually took a bit of skill, now it seems that the cars stick to the road way too much and they also can take as much damage as a friggin' tank !

Overall I'm liking the game (was practicing at the range and shooting feels much improved) But I kinda get the feeling driving will be too easy and get boring if the challenge isn't there.

That's funny because I suck at driving in GTA V, it's hard imo. I didn't play GTA IV that much but I did play a lot of Sleeping Dogs and I like the driving in Sleeping Dogs better than in GTA V. I'm always swirling from side to side like a drunk driver in GTA V.

Im still a tad bothered by the horrible colors at night on the 360 version. The cars and character shirt starts bleeding and has weird color issues. Anyone notice?

I drive pretty well in GTA V, but I do smack into someone every now and again.

I think it's pretty good and keeps the game flowing really well. I thought the cars in GTA IV drove terrible and the cars were very unresponsive in comparison to GTA v. I found myself only wanting to drive the Super GT because it handled the best for me... took a lot of the fun away.

I'm on the PS3, but I did notice something weird a few days ago. I dove into a pool with Franklin and my shirt started leaking blue stains onto the concrete around me.

As for the rest of the lighting and colors in general, I think they are great. I stopped on the corner under an orange street light with Franklin and got out of the vehicle and the lighting/colors looked really damn good.

I've been cool with the driving thus far. Admittedly, I'm not a driving stickler though, so I can't accurately speak for how much weight each car should have and whatnot. I just tend to get the feeling that Rockstar was going for a mix between realism and functionality here; kind of a "Let's make it real to an extent, but let's also make it so they can drive imperfectly and fast from A to B without completely destroying their whip."

I've liked the results at this point. Maybe some of my peerless weaves at 100mph+ are a little unrealistic, but I'm willing to make that sacrifice for the sake of fun. There's still enough sense of realism to make it work for me.

Is there a way to aim back behind the car when you're being chased by cops/gangs?

Like a reverse look, so I can aim backwards and shoot at them while driving.

hey guys, a question:

so i heavily customized franklins standard car, now im wondering what will happen if i just abandon it somewhere. will it be my customized version of franklins car standing in front of my safe house every time or the old stock version again?

anybody knows? im a bit confused about the garage thing in general.

Like a reverse look, so I can aim backwards and shoot at them while driving.

Holding R3 flips the camera and you shoot through the back window.
