If I may ask, what type of storage device were you using prior and how much space did you have? Did you try using a flash drive as an alternative?

Using a 20 gig hard drive that I got with the system years ago. I cleared basically everything else so I had 10 gigs for the install, so I would have about 2.2 gigs after it, so it shouldn't be an issue. Also I don't have a flash drive big enough for the install anymore (my 16 gig one got stolen).

Went and picked up the PS3 GTA V bundle today from GS...helluva deal.

Dabbled in this the other night at a friend's house, can't wait to dive in headfirst. Between this, Arkham Origins, and TLoU, next gen is on the back burner for a while lol.

Did you try un installing and reinstalling? Sounds like maybe a file was corrupted and when the game tried to access it it froze. Getting a new game disk wouldn't resolve that.

I hear you on that I will be busy with this one for a while. The only games I will be playing aside from this will be F1 2013 and maybe the new COD game in November.

Can someone please explain how to skydive again? At Mt. Chilad I see the ramp and bike. I can't seem to gain enough speed I guess when I hit the ramp to get the prompt to deploy the parachute

Yes, I deleted everything before I got a new disc. Deleted and re-installed this one too already, and still got that error.

If the stock market changes once online starts, would it be wise for everyone in the OS crew to invest in one stock and try to lower the other stocks?

I don't want to do anything else but play this game.

Well I think it might be something with my console and not my game... I just had it restart on me again, then said something about getting a different storage drive. I ordered a 60 gig hard drive off of Ebay so hopefully it will work when it gets here. If not I might have to get a new Xbox... Not sure I want to do that when X1 and PS4 are coming up.

Bro - I had the exact same thing happen to me the first time I did the install of disc one. If gave me the same error you are describing, so I simply deleted all things GTA V off the the hard drive, reinstalled it all over again, and have had no issues since.

Didn't even mention that with the bundle you get a free month of PS+ and Far Cry 3 will be coming this month...insane value.

This is just a great game. Not much else needs to be said. Rockstar did it again.

I did that as well. I deleted everything off my hard drive, including my game save and blimp code, got a new game, installed it again and I am having the issues once again.

just jacked up a four door truck and i saw a instagram pic of someone who had put his four wheeler in the bed of the truck. wondering if anyone has tried to get the four wheeler into the bed of a truck and if so how did you do it? seems like it would be nice to take my truck up to the mountains and hop off to go riding on the atv.

Kind of a weird night tonight, my worlds are colliding. I'm playing GTA and outside my apartment some ******* is beating his girlfriend and the bakery down the road got robbed, so a chase ensued with FBI/Police down my street. I'm starting to wonder what is GTA and what's real.

The game is good but it might be getting too real for my tastes.
