I believe that translates into 16-17 million copies of that game. Wow.

I wonder how many copies they need to sell to reach their "break even" point? Their budget was crazy huge.

$265M to create. Pretty sure Rockstar has the biggest head ever right now and its justifiable. They are the only company that could have risked a budget that high and made it all back and then some in the opening week.

They've wayyyyyyy surpassed it already. The budget for the game and marketing was around ~265 million. Even if devs/publishers get $20 (which I am willing to bet quite a bit that it is higher than that) from every $60 game sold, They're at 333 million dollars.

Oh and sadly it looks like I will be out about $200,000. As I bought that car for Michael and customized it, and then parked it in his garage at home, switched to Trevor, forgot to swithch back and park it in the special garage. So I know that when I fire the game back up, I won't have the car anymore.

I keep my bad *** SUV in Michael's home garage and a Corvette in the garage at Franklin's place.

As long as you saved, it should be there. The only cars that disappear from home garages for me are the ones they actually own.

Tried getting Franklin's bike out of the rain and came back and it disappeared. Always spawns back on the driveway with the other vehicle

Problem is as soon as you take that car out of the garage you get one drive with it then its gone no matter if you park it in your garage or not. I lost a $400k lambo before I knew about the purchased car saving issue.

That isn't true at all, at least for me. I had issues with the safehouse garages not saving, but the grove street, vine wood garages still have all my cars. Stolen or bought, I still have them sitting there.

I still have the sandking, cheetah, and vacca all modified in my garages.

Sorry if this has been asked before, but why don't all stocks show up on the social club website, BAWSAQ (which makes me LOL everytime)? It also says I don't have any shares in my portfolio, but I have bought shares of stock with Franklin and Michael, and both portfolios say 0 shares.

I was driving along as Michael and ran into an SUV in front of me. They pull off the side of the road and get out and it's Trevor..

Also.. the only garage I can get in as Michael is Vinewood... I guess I spent $45k on a truck for nothing.

Is there a way to change the car that appears in your home garage or at your home?

I have the cars I bought in the garage in vinewood, but it's annoying having to go to the garage every time I want to drive them.

Sorry if this has been asked before, but why don't all stocks show up on the social club website, BAWSAQ (which makes me LOL everytime)? It also says I don't have any shares in my portfolio, but I have bought shares of stock with Franklin and Michael, and both portfolios say 0 shares.

Stocks are either traded on BAWSAQ (which is available online) or through LCN Exchange, which is not.

Is there any way to change a character's default vehicle?

Like someone else said earlier in this thread. I have a few sweet cars for Franklin, and instead he always shows up on that green motorcycle. I tried blowing it up, but it obviously respawned, lol.

I've made very little progress for all the time spent playing. Just last night the gun stores became fully stocked. Whenever I intend to knock out some story missions, I find myself becoming distracted by something else within the game. Was sure to load up on sticky bombs before saving my game last night. Need to rob an armored truck to get my paper up.(Michael and Franklin suffer from retail addiction)

Anyone else having a hard time coming across letter scraps? Only one I've come across was

Armored Truck? 5-10k I think.

Not much to it. Shoot two people, sticky bomb the backdoors and book it.

Those are a piece of cake. One grenade launcher blow to the back doors and they're toast.
