I'm still pretty easily amused with this game. I just accidentally drove into the base of an orange tree and it knocked a handful of oranges out onto the ground. Grand Theft Auto would have a sick "Little Things" thread.

You know what else I think would have been cool additions? Mountain climbing gear and kayaks. It'd have been nice to have a way to combat those moments when you're trying to hike up a mountain and you hit a point that's a little too steep. And whenever I see those rapids, I can't help but think how cool some 'yakkin' would have been, even though the wave runners are pretty neat to take down there too.

I chose C too. I actually thought about B for a bit, but like you, it just doesn't fit at all. At least A makes some possible sense. While I personally would have probably killed Michael over Trevor, it doesn't match with Franklin at all. Just watching those two endings on Youtube, A actually seems like a logical ending, B seems off for whatever reason. Still, I couldn't bring myself to kill either of them because Franklin probably wouldn't have wanted to and neither did I.

I will say that choice C is somewhat of a cop out though. Something should have happened, even if it was just Lamar dying or something like that. Instead, it's just the happiest ending in the world for them. I did love shooting Steve Haines and killing Weston though, so that was enough for me .

I'd also say that this story was better than Niko's. Some places said that was one area it was weaker, and I disagree. There was a lot that didn't make sense in the GTA 4 storyline (such as Bulgarin and Niko magically forgetting about each other after the diamond thing, or Pegorino suddenly being one of the main antagonists because every goes completely south for him out of nowhere basically). This storyline actually made me want to see the end and it didn't drag like you said. Particularly once they introduced the Brad thing into the story I was very intrigued. I'd say it all ended pretty decently. Plus pretty much everyone I didn't like died, so there's that too.

I thought the story was okay but nothing spectacular. The final mission was a huge letdown it was way too easy and in my opinion they hadn't build up a couple of the antagonists (Stretch and the Chinese guy in particular) to have that much of an emotional impact at the end of the game. Some more mid game missions involving those characters would have been nice to build up those plot lines a little more. And the actual missions to kill those three and pick up Devin were way way too easy. I mean, I don't want a mission that I have to do again over and over, but end game missions should be harder and it would have been nice if they actually included some of the mechanics they introduced throughout the game...

I think the majority of the missions after you come back from Yonkers were too easy and the last third of the story was a disappointment to me. The last heist was fun, the mission where you have to save Micheal was good and the mission where you have to save Lamar was okay, but some of those main story missions in the last third were excruciatingly boring / pointless (i.e., the 'tail the janitor mission' was a terrible mission for that close to the end game).

I don't know, maybe my expectations were too high? Storyline issues aside, I enjoyed this game, loved the heists for the most part and there were some great missions. I will definitely come back to it at some point - I'm really hoping they release an offline heist DLC at some point. Oceans 11 / Gone in 60 Seconds / Prison Break style boarded heists are a must! Anyone else have good ideas for heists?

I get to the point where my guys are banned from the city, so now I can't enter it and buy a new suit since all the suit shops are in the city!

Wep I guess somebody is going to get a nice Christmas present then because once next-gen launches I'm ditching my current-gen console. I'm to busy to play sand-box games like GTAV anyway, it requires to much time, I prefer linear games now.

Just bought the game yesterday. It's so friggin' addicitive. I'm like. "It's getting late. I need to put this down. One more mission though..."

And then I look up and it's an hour and a half later. Can't put it down and I can't quite escape the beauty that I don't think I'm even halfway done with the main story missions.

I just got to the part after you pose as two highway motorcycle cops and steal the car from two dudes and their ridiculously fast cars. I swear, I was booking it as fast as I could and they just kept pulling away. I hate those reverse rubber band races.

Just had an interesting moment. Trying to hide from the cops, I decide to pull into a random driveway, and all of a sudden there's a car honking its horn behind me. Who pulled in? The person who lives at that house.

I probably haven't checked this thread since the first week it came out. Story was great. Now I'm having fun online just building up my collection of cars. I stopped single player around 92%. Knowing me I won't finish it.

My friend kept randomly killing me. So one time I sticky bombed his car. Well worth the few hundred dollars to pay his insurance company lol

I'm half hoping for the casino and race track to get some play. It'd be pretty great to see the Red Dead Redemption horse riding technology pop back up.

I just stumbled across plane wreckage northwest of the map. I've heard cash should be down there somewhere. I then watched a tutorial on its location on YouTube. Was the cash removed? That's what the comments seem to be suggesting.
