I think it's because R* actually practices what they preach. They will not stand for anything less than perfection. They push every limit possible; hardware, software, innovation. They don't stop until they actually themselves believe they are delivering the absolute best end-user experience possible.

On the contrary, these yearly released rehashes are for the most an inexcusable money grab. In one sense you can't fault them, as droves of gamers show up every year to buy them. However, if every company strived and believed the same way R* does about their products, the product would speak for itself and hence sell itself.

Of course the other side of the argument is resources and budget. But that's an entirely different conversation all together because I agree with you, Scooby.

I'd like GTA to incorporate a splinter cell like stealth mode where, if you don't trigger any alarms and you aren't seen, you don't have to deal with the police.

Nube question but does anyone know if crouching removes you from the map to make you invisible online, does in work in free mode/deathmatch/LTS?

I don't believe it has any effect like that. Might help hide from police a bit

I think so, single player is awesome with all the new animals and online can be a cluster f*** in a good way. I haven't gotten a 30 man lobby yet but low 20s always has tons of action. And with heists coming soon (I know they say that but this time it's for real) I feel it's a great time to go get it.

I'm going to be worried if it's not in this next patch. They've promised basically for this patch. And have reconfirmed it I believe again lately. So if they don't follow through then theirs going to be problems.
