                        Not to sure about that....what I found easiest for me,was to create a Twitter OR a Fake Facebook account and do it that way.

                            Yeah, but it tells me GTA 5 Online photos can't be uploaded. They're all grayed out. I upload a ton of pics, gta v just won't let me.

                                check your notifications in the psn dashboard,maybe that's full,and also where are you trying to upload them to?

                                It sounds like to me that notifications MIGHT be the culprit here....
