So on the stock going up thing its just best to do the next day and not wait for a few days?

I'd do it next day. I tried waiting a few days and ended up not getting as much as I could.

Before you do the first assassination for Lester invest all of your money for all three characters into BetaPharmicuticals. Do three safe house saves and you should have a 80-81% return. This is about as high as it goes. Sell the stock for all three guys. Right after that invest every penny in Bilkonton, the rival of Beta. This should get you a 90-99% return. Do three to four safe house saves then sale it.

I would also invest heavy into Vagelico because by the end of the game it nets a big return.

When you do the Redwood mission invest all money into it the Debonire. After you sell Debonaire invest in Redwood, do three to four safe house saves then sell redwood.

You do this for almost all of the Lester missions. Remember save them for after the main story to net the most money. You do have to complete the Hotel Assassination first but save the rest.

I'd say save all the assassination missions for after the story, too, if I had to do it again myself.

I don't like the whole character changing clothes when you're not using them thing. I buy specific clothes(spending hundreds of dollars on it) for a reason,then as soon as I switch out of them, they change clothes and I'm forced to use the character in these strange clothes for the next mission(since the safehouse is the location of next mission so I can't go there to change)

Speaking of which, as much as I love being addicted to this game and playing it, there has to be a better alternative to saving then being completely stuck having to do a mission before saving again.

The only time this was really the case was when I only had Franklin and Michael, and there were missions on both of their homes. I couldn't switch without activating a mission, and I couldn't save until I completed the mission. If you're on your way out the door and have a power save setting on your PS3 where it will shut off after so many hours if you're idle. You're kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place.

There's one that gets you a 100% return on investment. It's the one that's also a little different, though, and has you buying stock after instead of before.

I followed Cletus one time after he left Trevor and he just kept on walking and walking and walking and walking. Followed him for like 5-10 minutes lol.

I found a 2nd plane with briefcase full of money, but this one has $16500 rather then $12000. It's right under the tail section. South of the Palomino Highlands and east of the loading docks

There is a brief case under water on a sub on the west side of the map that has $25000.
