One game to play if you were never to have another game in your lifetime

I don't care if they came out at launch.

Just give me three games that you think are games that everybody should have in their collection. Anu Genre outside of sports.

I'm looking to expand my library a little. Try some new games that I may have never given a shot before.

There's a lot of games out there fellas. Think long and hard about your decisions before you post. For you will be basically handpicking the games I'm going to buy next.

Also, if you don't mind, include the reasoning behind your choices. Why is this game a must-have/own in your opinion?

Actually, lets go with just ONE game that you would go with.

Choose ONE game that you would want if you were to never have another game in your lifetime.

ONE.

I think this will help me get more of what I'm trying to get out of this. You guys are going to have to be a bit more picky, which is exactly what I want.

Most underrated game on the system: The Saboteur

My other collection non sports games:
Bond Games (QoS and Blood Stone)
Red Dead Redemption
Rock Band 3 and Beatles

Because I'm going to include multiplayer, My #1 game would be Red Dead. The multitude of DLC and different game modes make the replayability very high.

#2 Would be COD WAW

If I were going single player I'd say my #1 would be Batman Arkhum Asylum.

For PC - Armed Assault 2 - level editor, therefore you can NEVER get bored because you make your own levels and missions.

Consoles :

Supreme Commander 2 - 3 factions, 3 different endings

Here's my rationale: Red Dead Redemption is my favorite game, but I can only play the story mode so many times. And yes random encounters and hunting are fun, but still. At least with a sports game there's variety to it. Every game is somewhat different. It's not the same goals and missions over and over again for the rest of my life.

Oh, and why I chose NCAA? Football's my favorite sport, that's my favorite football game on this generation of consoles.
