just took the Citadel back from Cerberus. Loved that I was able to finally shoot Udina. Been waiting for that since ME1. lol

I had to stop after 20 minutes, the animation stuff really bugged me to the point it ruined the immersion for me. I might try again since I really liked the series up to this point.

Care to elaborate? The non-combat animations are pretty bad but the combat animations are awesome.

Just when I cleared out my mission list, I get 17 more from the Citadel. More Citadel time.

Thats pretty much it. It feels junky to me and takes away part of the experience for me. I may just go buy the PC version and see if its better even though i wont be able to carry my save over from ME2.

Do you have to buy all the weapons upgrades in the Normandy shuttle bay or can upgrades be found in the field? I'm not too far into the game. I've got over 65,000 credits right now, and a bunch of guns but they are all level I. If I'm eventually going to find upgrades, I'll just save the credits for the spectre guns or something.

gun I found twice was the Mattock

. I'm pretty sure you have to buy upgrades(I, II, III, etc.) from the Normandy itself. If you still have starting equipment, I would hold off on sinking money into upgrading until you find a gun you like.

That whole battle was more intense than most anything I ever encountered in ME2. It was brutal and I used every first aid kit at my disposal. After I killed off all three of those ridiculously huge things and survived the onslaught, I then stumbled across the huge gun at my disposal.. I just started shaking my head.

Mordin's death was one of the most emotional moments in gaming history. For me, anyways.

He also had atleast a handful of laugh out loud lines on the mission to cure the genophage.

That whole battle was more intense than most anything I ever encountered in ME2. It was brutal and I used every first aid kit at my disposal. After I killed off all three of those ridiculously huge things and survived the onslaught, I then stumbled across the huge gun at my disposal.. I just started shaking my head.

There's something later on in the game that is more intense than that but that one was crazy. Being a Vanguard really helped in that situation.

Mordin was my favorite character in this series. I was DISTRAUGHT knowing that he was going off to his death. Bah ... I'm still sad about it.

And that is why I love this game.

Regarding the ending ...

I really have no idea what to think of it. I remember that immediately after the credits were rolling, I felt ... underwhelmed. But I also felt that I didn't fully have a handle on what the hell I just saw happen. It took me some time just to understand what happened. And I guess I'm conflicted. I wish I had more closure regarding some things, a few more questions answered and all that. I wish that the decisions made would have altered the ending more drastically. But at the same time I did accomplish the goal that was set forth from the beginning: destroy the Reapers.

Still gonna end up playing through again, once with my renegade FemShep and another time with my original Paragon character.
