It's a tad excessive to patrol an area with such little traffic for the whole match.

Probably, yeah, but normally there are plenty of people who come to the back of the map in that area. You got to take the good with the bad though, sometimes the game plays out differently and the area becomes deserted for most of the match.

I agree that usually that spot is good. There does come a point when you just gotta move closer to the action. But you gotta know the exact moment that you decide to move, you will get shot in the back lol.

Crazy thing is, we actually won that game. I had a friend that was sniping in another building more in the middle of the map and he went 8-2, but he felt compelled to attack me, probably for the reason that you stated (not contributing enough).

This is me personally and maybe you need to find new players to play with. I like having guys taking certain areas of the map. This way I know certain areas are covered and the enemy will be handled in that area, and if my teammate goes down in his area I know to be aware.

When a player is willing to hold down a area to watch my back and not be concerned about his stats. Im real good with that. Some players don't realize how that is helpful. You explained how your other friend was sniping in one area and you in another. The other team realized there was snipers in those areas and avoided it making it very predictable where the enemy team was going to be entering from. Which is very helpful in winning the game, as you did.

Find other players to play with, or tear into him, and let him know how you holding down a area and not being selfish about stats actually helps the team.

This is how my boys and I play. We are assigned areas, and if the enemy goes there or not. Your job is to hold that area down, and if you go down communicate that information to the team. It's called team work and it is a very powerful tool in succeeding.

Why are people so mad at being killed in this game? I think it's less about sniping and more about not wanting to be killed. BTW...I am not labeling you as a "camper" based on your description.

It's the reason why I hate certain maps on this game- Bakaraa and Lockdown - because all people do is find a certain building with windows and pick people off for the entire match.

Those matches tend to have very little action and turn into snooze fests.

If after a few "minutes" of not doing anything...come in and join the action...or better yet...create some action.

Lets just say I'd rather have a guy on my team go 2-1 and lock down an area, than a guy sprinting around going 10-20.

Because in reality, if you're playing KC he hurt the team more than you did.

It's the reason why I hate certain maps on this game- Bakaraa and Lockdown - because all people do is find a certain building with windows and pick people off for the entire match.

Those matches tend to have very little action and turn into snooze fests.

If after a few "minutes" of not doing anything...come in and join the action...or better yet...create some action.

Yeah but that's what happens. So what you do to counter is have your sub machine gun setup silenced and stealth over there and take the guy out with a grenade.

Also..a lot of you guys need to use smoke grenades if snipers bug you this much. We torture people with smoke all the time. It is the best secondary because it gets you through checkpoints and behind the enemy if you know how to use it as a decoy.

I hear what you're saying , but I tend to look at it totally differently. I see a sniper is picking guys off, and doing a great job at it. I then pick my sniper class and challenge this guy.

I find it a lot of fun when I can beat someone at his game. A sniper is suppose to be in the back picking people off, and if people keep going into that area with a assault rifle or smg and think they should take him out, well that is their fault.

I just take the counter. If he is sniper hiding in the back, well the only way to get this guy is to be sniper myself. I do it and most of the time we go at it, and it's a fun challenge all on its own.

There is a counter to everything in this game. Players tend to just get frustrated and never think rational and use the counter.

This game has something's twisted, and that is because of the quick scoping. Now that is BS, but fun when you learn how to do it

reminds me about the other day. I came across a sniper that was insane with his quick scoping.

This guy the second he looked at you , and it was lights out. I didn't get frustrated. I keep going after him but from different areas, and sometimes I would win , and sometimes he did. After about 2 games of going back and forth with this guy. I gave him props, and after about 3 more games of going at it. He ask to join my team so we can fight together.

Now if I let myself get frustrated there would be now way I can compete with this guy, but I love challenges and love finding counters to players strengths. Now since this guy is a new friend of mine. I need for him to teach me quick scoping

Nice post homie, and solid advice. Smoke grenades probably the most under utilized gadget in the game. MeanWhile it is very helpful.

If I'm playing team deathmatch I want people who get into the action. There are times when I die an I think man if I had a teammates following me we could have destroyed them. Instead they are hanging back not doing ****.

Yes this is true, also the map really determines the best approach a team should take.

If one player stays back to watch the backs of his teamamtes you should be fine having partner to run and gun with you.

A good player goes 10-20 mainly because he's getting picked off by campers.
Not necessarily because he sucks.
You can sprint around...but not in the open. I suck. But I've gotten better because I run around but I tend to hug walls and not leave myself so open like I used to. Then I'm more able to win more one on one gun battles.

When you're playing an objective game...you shouldn't have to focus more on campers and less on objectives.

KC has turned into kill a guy..don't get the tag and hide somewhere so you can kill the next guy going for the tag.

That's stupid. But it's what the game has become.

Played on Bootleg. Went 34-3. Immediately after the game, kid messages me saying hack much!!??lol so I sent him one back, trash much?
