I'm horrible at Team Demolition. Although the first match in Dome was fun.

I got killed 57 times but got in a lot of action.

I had to get out guys, sorry.

Something happened when we all joined together but I was lagging like crazy. It was literally like stop motion.

Was also reminded why I stopped playing demo along time ago.

Same thing happened to me. I've actually never experienced lagging so bad before. Now I know what you guys were complaining about.

No big deal to me...but know I get it.

The Dome match would kind of clip or hiccup and freeze for a second or so.

Yep it was that whole team on dome. When the match started they were already positioned outside our spawn lag an everything.

Yep. That was pretty ridiculous. Every time I respawned I couldn't even take 5 steps without getting shot in the back.

Guess they felt good about themselves.

Not sure if this has come up before, but here's a question for you all: do you consider sniping as camping? Now down to the barebones of sniping, you do need to find some sort of cover with a good line of sight to be able to pick people off at a distance, although in my mind, that is much different from camping, where people are hidden in a corner with akimbo weapons or an assault rifle/SMG to deliberately get short-distance kills.

I ask this because I was recently branded as a camper by someone on my OWN team. I joined about 1/4 into a TDM at Bakaara and proceeded with my sniping class to the back of the map, where there is a building with 2 entrances and 2 windows overlooking the back and side portion of the map. I set up with my claymore and portable radar and looked for people who may be coming from distance. Unfortunately, only about 3 or 4 people came in my line of sight all game and i went 2-1-0.

This is the interesting part though, as near the end of the game, some guy on my team who was 18-19 came to where I was and started raging on his mic about how I was camping all game long and how I completely suck at sniping because I only had 2 kills and can't even play with a normal weapon. Then he proceeded to shoot his gun to try and get the other team to come and kill me, but luckily none came.

All this got me thinking whether or not I was actually camping, as personally, I don't believe I was, since normally I go back and forth between those 2 windows and run out with my secondary when I see somebody on my portable radar running away from me (patrolling the area, so to speak). So it really made me mad when the guy started raging at me because, first off, he's on my team and didn't know what I was doing all game long, and second, I've seen many other people on that map that sit in a crevasse with an assault rifle and get kills with out ever moving a bit (what I consider to be actual camping).

Sorry for the long post, but I just wanted to get some opinions on what you all thought about this issue. I mean, what use are sniper guns, portable radars, and claymores if your going to be branded as a camper everytime you use them properly?

To answer your question the answer is no.

Did you guys win or lose the match? If you lost he feels you did nothing to assists the team, and actually the same can be said about winning the match where he feels you did noting to contribute.

Me personally I don't feel it is camping. I know this is not the case since it was your teammate beefing, but when a sniper has a good spot. I come back as a sniper to take him out.

I don't think its camping but if you only go 2-1-0 then I would feel you didn't really contribute anything at all to the team. You didn't really hurt the team either so you was kinda just there like a tree or a lamp.

Feels good when I win that battle

Crazy thing is, we actually won that game. I had a friend that was sniping in another building more in the middle of the map and he went 8-2, but he felt compelled to attack me, probably for the reason that you stated (not contributing enough).

It's a tad excessive to patrol an area with such little traffic for the whole match.
