LOL Seriously? I had a bad experience at a restaurant last week and spoke to the manager about it, but nothing was really done. I was mad. But I certainly didn't contact the Attorney General. Some things you just gotta let go.

Now lets get back to talking gaming deals. Let us know if your case gets to the Supreme Court though.

Wow!!! You're just wasting your time and you can easily find as good or perhaps better Xbox One deals than at dell. Seriously, it's dell, they probably had one console bundle and it probably went to an employee and that's it. LOL. Playing whatever games you do have is a far better use of your time.

I figured this would be the reaction I'd get for the most part, although I do see one person gave me props for standing up for consumers( thank you kingkilla56!). A couple of things here of note:

1. I'm not mad, I'm calling a company on their bs. Bait and switch is illegal.

2. I did find another deal, although not quite as good, on the Microsoft site. So I wasn't dead set on using Dell although I did have a coupon for 17% off that I could have used.

3. The concept of "just let it go" is one I understand but here's the thing, if you just let companies get away with this nonsense it will continue. We pay taxes and this is why we have attorney generals to protect consumer interests.

4. Filling out the form to report to the news station and the Attorney General took me less than five minutes for both. It's pretty easy and copy and paste makes it even easier.

Now I won't get political here but I defend the heck out of corporations on Facebook but you also have to call them on their nonsense from time to time.

I see a lot of people on here constantly complaining about companies like EA and the like but when people just bitch on a message board it accomplishes very little. Use the tools such as your attorney general and the law and make them realize they cannot do this and get away with it I say.

PS Store has The Order: 1886 listed for $10. Not sure how long these Flash Sales lasts but I'd say that's a good price.

My dilemma...
I have too many games. Went in to purchase 'The Order' & 'Wolfenstein' due to the FLASH sale, but I am 9.4 short of memory...
I deleted everything I have finished but have too many games to finish...so I backed out and didn't purchase.

Hate that the memory is so low, but I guess that's a "Sign" that I shouldn't purchase...thanks Gaming Gods.
