At Gamestop trade in 3 games (worth $2 or more) and you get an extra $10 until 5/29.
Crysis and 2 older games got me Brink pre-ordered for $7.

LA Noire at Kmart gets you another game $19.99 or less for free plus a $20 off coupon for a future game purchase. (Need to have/join Shop Your Way Rewards, which is a free program that lets you earn points based on your purchases.)

infamous at Bestbuy $10 in store.

The K-Mart deal is probably the only reason I'm getting LA Noire, $20 and a free game is too good to pass up.

Just a heads up but those games you listed are only the clearance titles, hence why they end in .97 so there are other games that are 19.99 that should work as well, for instance Alan Wake on the 360 is regularly priced at 19.99 now.

I was able to trade in 3 games that was collecting dust at gamestop and got 22$ for them they was NCAA football '10. top spin 3, and devil may cry 4.

Gamestop has buy 2 get 1 Free from May 16-23 Online Only. I think a couple times when they've done this in the past it was online all week then shifted to the stores as well for Fri, Sat & Sun. Just guessing on that one.

At Big Fish (mostly casual point and click adventure games) if you buy any collector's edition or 2 regular games you get a free game of your choice next month. They have some of the Broken Sword games and Drawn.
