Favorite/Best video game mission

I recently picked up Unchartered 2 this past weekend and I haven't been able to put it down. Last night, I played the mission where you have to jump from trucks and jeeps in the mountains of Tibet. It was just an awesome mission and, at times, I kept dying so I could replay it over. Another favorite mission is the Mardi Gras mission in Hitman Blood Money.

Not sure if this applies, but mine comes from MW2's campaign.

You had to go back and forth between like 3 different restaurants. Non stop action and enemies. I was so focused while playing that, a tornado could have came through and I wouldn't have noticed it.

I started up uncharted 2 last night and just the first chapter blew me away. I've had it for about a month, but I haven't started it bc I knew once I did I would not be able to play the others games I got.

My favorite missions are all the chapters from both Uncharted titles. Picked up a PS3 for the Show, and a month later I CAN NOT wait for Uncharted 3.

Gonna throw out a few:

• Ace Combat 2 - I don't know the name of the mission, but it involved flying your supersonic fighter jet into a military base through a tunnel network while fighting off a buncha bogeys. It may have been the last mission in the game, but I'm not sure. It was ridiculous and awesome.
• Halo: Combat Evolved - 343 Guilty Spark, i.e. the introduction of The Flood.
• Metal Gear Solid - the entire PAL keycards mission, and the **** plot twist upon its completion.
• Doom 3 - the Hell level; a personal favorite of mine because it was, to me, incredibly scary and the art style that id Software employed to depict Hell was entirely appropriate. The sound design of Doom 3 in general was also fantastic.

That was awesome in so many ways, that guy scared the **** out of of me so many times, sneaking up on me and whatnot

The things that stand out most in my mind are boss fights, like seymour flux from FFX, and the berserker in gears of war. Usually terrifying/infuriatingly hard bosses are the most memorable parts of games for me.

Mass Effect- Virmire
Heavenly Sword- there's a part where you're fighting a bunch of guy's on a bridge and the camera swings to the side and it feels like you're in a movie just destroying everyone
The Darkness- The last stage where you're tearing that house apart and killing everyone inside
Splinter Cell Conviction- The last part of the Third Echelon headquarters, with the music and everything, it was easily one of the best moments I've had in a game
Assassin's Creed II- Anything in Venice
Mass Effect 2- Any of the loyalty missions minus Legion's
Assassin's Creed Brotherhood- The very last stage before the twist

A couple more I thought up:

Kingdom Hearts II - Hollow Bastion - 1000 Heartless battle and the Final Fantasy characters all jumping in to help you in sequenced battles....the whole thing is just e - word.

Xenosaga Episode 3 (I'm gonna spoiler tag this one):

A pseudo-flashback playable sequence which covers the Miltian Conflict from start to finish, something hinted at and referred to heavily in in the first two games but they hit you with EVERYTHING here. Including the main character's role in it. It blows the whole saga wide open.
