Re: ARMA III
Man I got pages and pages of stuff written down. Watched so many Youtube tutorial videos on scripts, way points, triggers and the like. I feel like I'm in college again.
Mission building is AWESOME. Creating AI patrols, helicopter insertions and extractions, creating parachute drops. Awee man I'm like a kid in a candy factory. Last night I learned about base building and creating towns.....I was like I can do that too ? Oh snap...
Last night I had a A10 Warthog on patrol. It was awesome just watching that thing fly around and hearing it as came closer. Before I never knew you could program vehicles to patrol too. I thought it was only people.Comment

Yeah, that's what makes this game so insanely awesome. Giant sandbox..they give you boatloads of vehicles, troops, etc. to use however you want on photo realistic terrain.
I'm working on modern era missions, World War II missions, and "future" missions with the default 2035 era Arma 3 units.AUBURN TIGERS

<a href="http://www.operationsports.com/forums/showpost.php?p=2047240869&postcount=662">Post 662</a>
Quite simple really.
1. Click on the links to download mods. It will take you Armaholic to the specific page where the mod is at. The download link will be at the bottom of the page in big letters saying DOWNLOAD.
2. All mods are in zip files, unzip them.
3. When the mod is unzip, highlight everything that is unzipped, right click on it and select EXTRACT.
4. Extract the highlighted files to your ARMA 3 folder. Which would look something like:
steam/steamapps/common/arma3
You could tell when it was done correctly because the installed mod folder would look like this:
@Whatevermodnameis
5. When you start up Arma 3, go to mod section, select all the mods you want to run. By default it looks in the C drive. If you are like me and have multiple hard drives and have it another drive, just hit the plus folder on the bottom right to direct it to the drive where your game and mods are installed in.
You are basically selecting each @whatevermodnameis folderComment
