Re: Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time (PS3/PSVita)
From the PS Blog:
By the looks of it, 2013 is looking just as good with the upcoming release of Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time! Sly and the gang are back on February 5th for $39.99 on PlayStation 3 and $29.99 on PS Vita. If you buy the PS3 copy, you’ll receive the digital PS Vita version from PSN at no additional cost.Comment

Re: Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time (PS3/PSVita)
I have it pre ordered at a gamestop, will I get the add ons for the game as well? I don't have a ps vita so I am not interested in it, but on the ps3 site it said you can get two add ons for pre ordering. Is that for the ps3 or ps vita versions? or both? What?Comment

Re: Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time (PS3/PSVita)
IGN - 8.0
What’s perhaps most striking about playing a Sly Cooper game late in the PS3 generation is how it proves that the brand itself is still relevant, as is the mascot-based 3D platformer. While similar PlayStation series like Jak & Daxter and Ratchet & Clank have either disappeared entirely or gone in new and strange directions respectively, the fourth Sly Cooper game is true to itself. The decision to remain true to what made Sly great in the first place is daring in an age where the 3D platformer can come off as a dinosaur.
Sure, Sly 4 has ridiculous load times, occasionally frustrating gameplay and some bizarre, archaic motion controls, but don’t let that deter you: Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time is a worthy game to add to your library on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita. It does so many things right and harkens back to a different time in gaming while modernizing the experience for a new generation. It may not wow you like some of the best PlayStation exclusives have in the past, but needless to say, the wait for a continuation of the Sly saga was officially worth it.
There's nothing much to latch onto beyond the pure thrill of Sly's platforming, and you don't get to do enough of that anyway, as the game cycles through less exciting characters and quirky but unoriginal scenarios (hacking mini-games, bow-and-arrow challenges, even fishing). When you do get your hands on Sly, it's often only for a couple of minutes; perhaps because Thieves in Time needs to function identically on the less powerful PS Vita, most missions feel like they're over before they've really got going. Worse, they're all bookended by long load times that prove extremely distracting in aggregate. The most fun to be had is simply climbing the hubs collecting hidden bottles and Sly masks with no set agenda.
Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time doesn't mess with the foundation set by its enjoyable predecessors. Rather, it adds an assortment of characters to the mix, each with his or her own moves, and this makes for an exciting and diverse adventure. Each location provides a number of eye-catching sights to please your artistic senses as much as your fingers, and considering all the collectibles to uncover, you can spend hours exploring this colorful world. There are occasional stumbles, but Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time is another good entry in the platforming series.
Sanzaru Games did its homework with the Sly series, and the result is a sequel that handily does justice to Sucker Punch Productions' originals. It doesn’t have to change the face of platforming as we know it to be a thoroughly delightful trip through time, with gameplay that will enchant you no matter your age. If you’re a fan of the classic PS2 platformers, consider the budget-priced Thieves in Time a steal.
The game is just as pretty on Vita, although the PS3 version has a higher framerate, faster loadtimes, and less compression during cinematics.
Sanzaru must be commended for crafting a game that not only delivers on all of its promises, but goes well beyond them. Thieves in Time is a gorgeous, intelligent, and fun adventure that gamers--Sly fans and newcomers alike--will love. One can only hope that we won't have to wait another seven years for a Sly 5.Go Noles!!! >>----->Comment

So do you have to do something in the PS3 to get the free Vita game? That sucks because I bought the PS3 version while out of town but I have my Vita. There's no code to enter, so it must be something in the disc.
