Played some MP for about two hours last night and it's fantastic. Thing that popped at me like with any other Halo game is the balance. IMO it is the most balanced shooter on the market today. It's simple but balanced and fun.

A little saddened they got rid of SWAT unless I missed it somewhere.

Load outs are nice but they should have a game mode where it's the same Halo rules where everyone starts out with same weapons. Also balancing is off. There was a couple times which I got paired on a team with SR3's or so against +SR12's. Before rank didn't matter much but now it does because of better weapons later on. At least early in this stage of the game.

I'm sure they will be adding SWAT to the play list at some point. I have no sources or links, just believe they will. Also, someone correct me if I'm wrong, I believe Slayer Pro is no load outs, old fashioned Halo.

In fact, I'm kind of disappointed with the lack of variety of game modes offered.

One thing Reach really did well, was offer a wide variety of game types and lobbies for specific skills sets.

Seems like this one is rather limited.

Having a Halo game without doubles is puzzling.

Definitely agree about the game modes but I expect them to add more. The out of the box game modes never stay the same. I also can't wait till the ranking system comes out.

I'm also not a fan of the SRx ranks. Liked the old private and so forth system better.

It was announced a few days ago, it's a 1-50 system like H2/H3 as far as I understand. I have always preferred that. It's not hard to rank up when everything is based on experience points. Sure you get more points for better games, but someone who is really good at the game could be ranked the same as someone who is average but plays a lot more.

Alright right now I'm not too sure what to think of halo. I mean its good, but it seem Luke it broke off of reach too much for me to really get hooked into. Im really not a fan of the lack of a regular slayer and SWAT. I guess the lack of slayer maps is also something that I can't understand only 4 maps for the most played mode make no sense to me.

I was on Requiem last night on Legendary. I started this morning and it made me start from the beginning of the mission. I'm heated. Hit me up if you wanna do co-op legendary campaign. :O (if you can?)

Played this at a friends for a while. Really makes me want to trade my PS3 in for the Halo 4 360 bundle. Only thing holding me back is MLB The Show. Choices...

Played through the first 6 chapters on coop last night, took a break part way through 4 and picked back up where we left off and it didn't give us the achievement.

So pro tip, if you're doing coop online and plan to take breaks do it at the end of a chapter not during a break in the middle of one if you want the achievement.

Wooh, MP has me hype! Nothing like the feeling of tapping out head shots with a DMR.
