Been playing around with different builds for the Mechromancer (level 50 now) and I'm starting to really like the Ordered Chaos tree. It makes for a unique and exciting play style unlike any other class. I'm torn on a build that's either more OC with BFF or more BFF with OC.
The way I set up OC is not relying on large stacks of Anarchy:
I get 25 stacks when I have 0 after a kill with Rational Anarchist, then I'm activating Discord which gives you +65% accuracy, +25% fire rate, and 3% health regen. The health regen works nicely to mitigate the penalty of what might be the best skill in the entire game, Blood Soaked Shields: regain 100% of your shields after a kill, penalty is only losing 5% health. 5/5 in Typecast Iconoclast helps you stay in Discord longer. Basically, I'm in Discord a majority of the time in combat.
The final game changer With Claws is pretty powerful with Hide of Terramorphous shield. If I'm in a pinch and need some health it only takes one swipe and I'm in a healthy state, and it costs only 1 stack and Blood Soaked Shields procs. Cooking Up Trouble from the BFF tree allows me to regain any health after combat and The Better Half gives me even more fire rate: 60% when magazine is at least half empty. Close Enough is actually really useful for Anarchy. I know Gearbox kind of positioned it as the skill for less skilled gamers, but with the accuracy reduction from stacks of Anarchy those bullets that do miss will ricochet and do damage that they otherwise wouldn't have. DT is viable too. The 35% speed increase from Annoyed Android has it flying around in battles. I use a Tenacious Roboteer class mod to give me boosts in Potent as Pony and Made of Sterner Stuff (the final two skills in BFF I just have enough points to put in). Also has +15% cooldown and +34% melee damage. Sadly, the melee damage doesn't apply to DT.
But then there's the final game changer in the BFF tree, Sharing is Caring: DT copies your shield. There's some really great legendary shields which makes this skill awesome. Hide of Terramorphous is great here too, because it gives DT high roid damage and nova blast when depleted, and spike damage to enemies that melee DT. Flame of the Firehawk is pretty crazy with nova blasts going off all over. Going more BFF would mean I would have to sacrifice With Claws and Annoyed Android, but that might not be so bad.
Little Big Trouble is okay, but to get to the worthwhile skills you have to put 10 points into skills that really aren't that great, at least compared to the first two tiers of the other trees. Shock and Aaagghh is nice though.
