This was never on my radar, but I just watched some gameplay over on IGN.

Now it's on my radar. Like, really on my radar.

I will have the resolve to look at no gameplay videos from here on out. Not spoiling this.

That IGN preview though... Wow. If what is in Cartman's closet is any indication of the amount of detail they put in this game then I might have to take a day off work on release.

I gotta say, without even playing through it yet, they nailed this game. I'm only 5 minutes in to that 13 minute video and I've had to pause it twice.

That video has completely sold me on this being a day one purchase. So ****ing good.

I do wonder how much content there is in the game. If the whole game is going to be filled with voice acting I can't imagine it would be some 30 hour RPG. Even at 15-20 hours I'd be completely happy with it.

Apparently Matt and Trey wrote over 90 hours of content. Just wrote.

And it had to be cut down because the studio said the game wouldn't come out till 2030 if they wanted all of it in there.

I can't remember where I read that. One of the previews.

That first 12 minute video just shows opening cut scene and first tutorial fight. The dude doesn't explore at all so there's not really anything spoiled. In case some want to watch it and were afraid they know where certain stuff in the beginning was.

Yeah, it's pretty much spoiler free. And for anyone on the fence, it's basically the video that completely sold the game to me.

This will have to be a PC purchase for me, day one obviously.

Since this is being made by Tray and Matt, I can gaurentee it will be good. They do not put their name next to crap. As much as I love Howard Stern, they guys are the king of all media. TV shows, movies, broadway, soundtracks, and now video games. Unreal.

No idea why - because I know the release date is March 4th - but all day yesterday I kept thinking we are a week away. Until I got into work today and started writing today's date. What a blow to my happiness.
