One of the few benefits of working overnight at Wal-Mart: I'll be getting this midnight Thursday.

But if you're working overnight, you can't play until late morning like the rest of us, right?

I'm honestly thinking about doing midnight release. Put son down about 8'ish. Sleep until 11:00. Get up brush teeth, get dressed. Get to Best Buy by 11:30. Hopefully get home by 12:20 play until about 2, wake up at 6?

Sound reasonable?

I have some interesting options, here. I could go see Man of Steel at midnight, or I could pick up my pre-order of The Last of Us. Or I could sleep.

The good news is I won't have any action the next day until 1:00, so these are both definitely viable options.

Sounds like you are good to go. I work until 4 on Friday, but I'm taking my brother to see Man of Steel at 6, so I won't be home until like 9:30. I'll game into the wee hours though.

got the hook up from a store i usually get games early from. i was so excited when i found out they had it early. since they know me they let me get it even though i didnt pre-order it.

instead of having the instruction manual in-game, the game lets download it to your ps3. nothing major but i think thats cool.

also, even though the back of the box doesnt say so, you can play this game in 1080p.
