Just got burned (sorta) on eBay. It said in hand will receive by June 11th. I bought it and they said it was for preorder not shipping until June 14th. They did refund my money though.

Well, you can subscribe to be a Reward Zone Gamer's Club Unlocked member for $14.99 a year. Within this membership are often pre-order deals on select titles that will redeem you $20 worth of RZ points roughly 35 days after purchasing the game.
In other words, if you subscribed to a membership today for $14.99, then walked into the store and placed all $59.99 + tax on The Last of Us as a pre-order, if you pick up the game on June 14th, you will see 1000 additional points on your Reward Zone account no later than July 20th. You can redeem those points for vouchers ($5 for every 250 points).
Essentially, even after one pre-order you see a profit (all depending on the tax, of course). Do this twice (like I did with Tomb Raider and Grand Theft Auto as well), and you'll definitely be profiting. Do this three times, and you have enough vouchers for another $60 title... free!

I purchased The Last of Us for free using the game certificates I picked up from Bioshock Infinite, God of War 3 and Tomb Raider.
Actually still have a $20 gift certificate waiting and will be getting another one from The Last of Us. That with money back for selling one of the three games above will essentially make GTAIV free.
(and I'm gonna receive ANOTHER $20 gift certificate for pre ordering GTA. It's like free money).

Does that deal work online and does BB have release day shipping?
I don't live that far from BB, but I would rather pay the extra $$ than have to deal with Baton Rouge traffic on a Friday (or any work day for that matter).

It was crazy for the past few years when you could pretty much get games for free until they changed their policies on price adjusting.
It still is the best deal out there.
Hopefully someone will have it on sale for $49.99 on release day for an immediate price match.Comment

lmao. i been here long enough to know you guys can get really, really hyped for a game then when it comes out it doesnt live up to most of your expectations even though i personally may think its a great game. so thats why i gave it an 8 to be safe.
i actually thought it would get around a 9 or 9.5, 4/5. im shocked at the perfect scores though.
