What does the trophy system do, exactly?

it destroys any grenades, concussions and stuff the enemy trys to throw at you.

So after watching a bunch more Youtube vids,I've noticed that alot of dudes run with just iron sights.
Well, last night I gave it a try (was using red dot reflex) and it really hurt my game, but I want to stick with it as it lends itself to having a slot for more useful attachments for that particular weapon.

I know you can add the wild card to add a 3rd slot, but with only 10 available I want to make sure I have room for a grenade or 2.

I also use the 1st greed wild card for my perks,so I figured I would run without a sight...hopefully I'll get comfortable with it,as I feel in the long run it will work out better.

It depends on the gun for me. I can't use SMG's with the iron sights, I am usually awful with them. On the other hand, I have no problem using iron sights on an LMG/Shotgun/Assault Rifle.
In the first Black Ops I almost exclusively ran iron sights with different attachments on the commando.

              Head glitching is definitely annoying.

It's all about personal taste. I can't use an SMG with anything but an iron sight. Maybe it's because 9 times out of 10 I'm not actually going to use the sights at all on the SMGs. If it's a shot I need to use the sights for, I usually put a few bullets into someone and move away from the potential gun battle. I'm happy with the assist points, as there's no reason for me to try and pick someone off at distance with an SMG.

Does anyone use the sensor grenade? I tried if out today and it was extremely helpful. I got so many easy kills with it.

I tried it for a while but I don't know how it works. It never really did anything. It was like I was just throwing a rock.

It's like having a mini Orbital VSAT. It shows you the enemies on your mini-map and which direction they are facing/moving. It only will show you enemies in direct line of sight from the grenade I do believe.

Well,I think I've found my favorite gun so far,and it's in the SMG class (imagine that..lol)
It's waht I like to call the "Chiquita Banana" it's the Chicom qcb,man oh man does that thing do some serious damage. I roll with the suppressor and fast mags, and that gun just drops fools...lol

It took a little bit to get use to the burst fire, but rapid taps and they don't have a chance. What's even funnier,is I'm winning gunfights against the MP7 and Vector users, and I KNOW that has to piss them off..lol

As far as my assault class,I will use the M27,but I really only use that gun on carrier,as it lends itself to longer range gunfights, but every thing else, I found my love with the chiquita banana...lol

Well, thanks to my PS3 controller being a piece of crap, I had to switch AR's from the FAL. For some reason, my D-pad is pressing buttons by itself, so everytime I start firing, it switches between semi-auto and full-auto. Makes for an amazingly frustrating experience.

So, I went back to the Type 25, and was having some pretty darn good games. I've also switched my SMG class back to the PDW from the Skorpion/Vector, and forgot how much I love that gun. The 50 round clip is so nice when running into multiple enemies. My issue is that i'm a habitual reloader, so even with 40+ rounds in the clip, if it isn't a full clip, I reload. Occasionally it gets me into trouble, as I start reloading as soon as someone rounds a corner. Oh well, live and learn.

Been having more fun with domination than I was before, as more people seem to be playing the objective. Right now, i'm jumping back and forth between that and Kill Confirmed and having fun with both modes.

                              I honestly don't think it's your controller.

Mine is almost brand new and it does the same thing. My one buddy says it does it once each round. Well, it happens every other time I die. I'll start shooting and I'll just hear "click" and I'm back to shooting one round.

Really? Definitely weird, and very frustrating. I love the FAL, but it's useless when you think you're in full auto, hold the trigger down, and only let off one round. That's plenty of time for the enemy to pump you full of lead.

I'm thinking it's still my controller though. I've noticed if I put a little pressure on the outside of the controller at the PS3 home screen, the D-pad goes crazy and starts scrolling everywhere. Be nice if it wasn't me though. I'd hate to go buy a new controller and have it do the same thing.
