Multiplayer is just so addicting. I really need to start the campaign but every time I fire the game up I go straight to multiplayer. Even when I have those frustrating days and I tell myself I'm going to take a break from multiplayer and do the campaign I never do lol. -
Re: Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2
...I do the same thing, keep telling myself "1 more hour"....when everything's said and done,we're talking about 3 hours later..

Re: Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2
I was one that couldn't stand BLOPS 1,so I did have reservations going into this one (I actually hadn't planned on getting it at all) as twitch based shooters aren't my "thing",it's hard for me to keep up sometimes (oh what it must be like to be young..)
But when my son got his PS3 and BLOPS 2 for Christmas,he asked me in only a way a child can "will you play zombies with me"....I felt bad that he wouldn't have anybody to play with,so I went out @ 7 am the day after Christmas to Target to get the game.
All I gotta say is I'm glad I picked this up,I am having a blast, and really for the most part can't understand where all the "hate" is coming from.
I tried reading the COD Elite forums, and MAN are there alot of whiny folks over there. The only issue I have with the game are the goofy spawns, but it sure as hell ain't enough for me to quit playing the game.People are for reviews if it backs their argument, and against them when they don't.“I believe the game is designed to reward the ones who hit the hardest – If you can’t take it, you shouldn’t play!” Jack Lambert“Quarterbacks should wear dresses.” Jack LambertComment

Re: Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2
I do the "jump straight to multiplayer" thing to. I here the campaign is great! But I just always go right into online.
Speaking of online, what type of classes do you guys use for certain games? Like domination, or Search and Destroy? I keep getting my arse handed to me in any other game other than TD or KC. I was getting tore up last night. Every game was 10-25, 8-16, 7-12. I need some help getting classes taylored to game type.Originally posted by Anthony BourdainThe celebrity chef culture is a remarkable and admittedly annoying phenomenon. Re: Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2
I could probably count on one hand how many games I've bought on the current gens that I bought that didn't have online play, or that I bought to play offline.

Ever since I switched to the FAL though, my game has improved greatly.
One thing I don't recommend, but other people may because it's "so good" is the Target Finder as an attachment. I just think it's terrible and is a pain in the ***.
Off the top of my end, because I'm at work, this is what I believe I currently use the most:
Guns
FAL
- Reflex
- Fore Grip (I will be switching this once I hit Level 10 with the FAL to the Select Fire)
Perk 1 Greed
Hardline
Lightweight
Perk 2
Cold Blooded
Perk 3 Greed
Engineer
Extreme Conditioning--

One gripe I have besides the spawning is going up against someone who's firing behind cover. It sucks that all you see is their head so basically it's like they're firing from their forehead. I don't care that they use cover because that's what you should do if someone is shooting at you but I should be able to see more than just your head when you start shooting.Comment

Re: Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2
My new favorite thing in this game is to spam EMP grenades. Chuck an EMP grenade at a building or an objective filled with enemies/equipment and watch the points rack up from assists/equipment destroies. It's also fun when enemies get a sentry gun, guardian, or AGR. Nothing like destroying their precious scorestreak reward before it has a chance to even think about getting a kill.NFL: Green Bay Packers
MLB: Pittsburgh Pirates, Colorado Rockies
NBA: Denver Nuggets
NHL: Colorado Avalanche, Pittsburgh Penguins

I know we have the OS clan thread but any new PS3ers who haven't dropped by that thread feel free to add me if you want to get some games in.

for dom or objective based games i tend to keep a trophy system with me, when you go to cap just throw the trophy system down. i also try to keep a claymore or betty with me to help close off one entry point to the objective.
as for a gun for objective based games like dom i would go with any smg you prefer as you can move around quickly with those and get to the objective's fast. light weight and extreme conditioning can also help you get to and away from the objectives quickly.Comment
