I wish we never saw lag.
If I had to put a number on it, it happened probably 2 times a game in the 10-15 games we (me and authentic) played online last night. And it wouldn't be brief. It would last for a good 2-3 minutes.
It actually became a point of comedic relief by the end of the night.
This game is so bad online lol

I have had zero issues with online lag so far on the PS3. I guess I have been lucky.
One thing that seems to bother me is that the guns do not appear to have any diversity with regards to performance. They look different but all feel the same to me. Played last night, and I was getting 50-60 almost every game. Playing with a party makes the game SOOOO much easier and so much more fun.

Yah, I just want to throw this out there again. I'm playing on PS3, and I'm absolutely LOVING this game. Best CoD game that's been made IMO.
Online has been smooth as butter every game and the matches are near perfectly balanced.
Offline, that campaign is a blast, and it's so refreshing finally having a CoD campaign nearing the 10 hour mark.

Online has been smooth as butter every game and the matches are near perfectly balanced.

Trust me. I'm missing my PS3. Have been a PS homer since day 1. Went through 5 launch 360s the same time I bought my fat boy which died about 6 months ago, and after that I said I would never buy any other console but Sony ever again. Only reason I got rid of it was to get an Xbox to play Halo 4.
Needless to say, I'm having buyers remorse. I'll be back next week with this game in tow, hoping that the experience for me with this game will be better than I have had on Xbox.Cubs | Bulls | Dolphins | 'Noles

Online for me is not lagging, but I'm just not feeling BLOPS 2 this year. Played some Team Deathmatch and Domination with buddies, but I just can't put my finger on it as to why I'm not into this. MW3 was somewhat enjoyable online vs. BLOPS 2.
I started the SP campaign and have played a few hours of that, both Treyarch and Infinity Ward really need to change this formula imo. Graphically BLOPS 2 looks good on the PS3 when compared to the first game which had some technical issues.Comment

im having fun so far with this game on the 360. my stats are not as good as they were on mw3(4.6 kdr) but it doesnt bother me. i have a high speed gaming connect also which is 60 down and 5 up and i do experience lag(lag comp) but its no different than black ops or mw3. im sitting at a 2.30 kdr overall with a 2.8 in tdm. ive been playing alot of domination (320 s.p.m ave )with friends along with trying hardpoint and some other modes. Playing with a full sqaud def makes this game more fun as i dont have to worry about the spawns flipping every 2 seconds due to these hard core rushers who seem to realize its not working for them....i feel like teamwork in this game really pays off and makes it less frustrating. when i jump into a room with randoms i get annoyed playing objectives as most think its tdm and just sit back and try to get kills.

I don't know what it is, but all of the sudden, i'm getting pretty good at MP. I've only been playing Kill Confirmed, and i've really hit my groove. Raised my K/D in one day from about .9 to 1.13. Had my first 6000 point game this morning (had 3 guardians up at once). This last game, our team lost 100-28. I went 17-15 with 17 confirms and 8 denies. The next best on our team was 6-24 with like 6 confirms.
I feel like i've learned the maps pretty well, and my timing has gotten much better. Bouncing betty is a difference maker as well. Been running the PDW with laser sight and foregrip, overkill wildcard with the 870 shotgun (absolutely awesome close range), bouncing betty, and black hat PDA. Can't remember exactly what perks, although I know I have engineer. That's made a big difference. I usually look for the opposing teams equipment through the wall, then try to get a line of sight to disable it with the black hat.
Having an absolute BLAST this year.Comment
