Yeah, I use the overkill wildcard with the 870 on each of my classes. In close quarters, it's unstoppable. I usually slap the long barrel on it as well just to give it a little more range.

Re: Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2
i use overkill but i take the mp7 instead for close ranges, rooms, small pathway, etc. is the shotgun better?would be nice to have a one shot kill with all this lag making it tough to get out 3-5 bullets that hit the mark, are you winning close range like 90 percent of the time and are you basically dead if you face 2 at a time or can you still get it off in time for 2 kills?sorry for all the questions i've been looking for a good replacement for my fmgs and i dont feel the mp7 is doing it for me.i tried not touching anything when i was younger and ended up pissing all over myself.Comment

Like said above, against the knifers, it's a beast. They rarely get close enough to knife me when I'm rocking the 870. And don't be turned on by the Saiga 12 semiautomatic shotgun. It's nice that it's semiautomatic, but I rarely ever get one shot one kill with it. IMO, the 870 is the best shotgun, followed by the 4 shot burst model.Comment

Re: Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2
I don't even see how that is possible. I mean let's be honest, alot of us get killed by unlucky circumstances, like someone randomly coming up behind us. How is it possible that this doesn't happen to this person?Comment

Re: Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2
870 is basically one shot one kill at close range. You hit on the only negative, which is that it is a pump action shotgun. However, racking the next shell doesn't take very long. I usually run an SMG as primary, and as soon as I hit an enclosed hallway or room, I swap to the 870. Back out in the open, I go back to the SMG.

He was using just the combat knife so we were surprised to see him start out like 15-0. Then we saw him sitting in the middle under the plane on Turbine just killing guys using tactical insertions.

He could have been boosting. My friend and I ran into a guy that was in multi-team. He was the 3rd on our team and went 109-3. Multiple warthogs and that reaper thing.

Re: Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2
I ran into a game last night where there were dudes doing something fishy, they were on separate teams and not shooting each other, but shooting me. They were hanging around a care package in one corner of the map. I quit that game.
My K/D is up near 2 now in my last 20 games according to the app. Something clicked. I'm using specific kits for specific situations. I know people think this game is all about speed and quick scoping but I've found that only works in specific situations. I actually lowered my sensitivity to 4 and play so much better. And my assault rifle kit is one of my most high scoring but I only use it on a few maps.
I do have some classic run and gun kits that in certain maps are mandatory, but every perk, gun, attachment has strengths and weaknesses. It's knowing how to play to your kits strength that makes the difference in this game.
Hell I'm using the awareness perk with my sniper kit and it makes a HUGE difference...but to most people I'm guessing they look at that perk and feel it's a waste. But from my understanding with the pick 10 system they had to make EVERY option effective. Learning how and when to use them is the big challenge. That's what I love about this game.
The speed/dexterity thing is effective, and yes I use it in one kit, but I've dropped a ton of people using it. You just have to know the right time to go with it and how to deal with someone else who's using it.PSN: JISTIC_OS

Re: Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2
If you have not tried I highly recommend League Play "Champions Series", objectives game modes. Why it truly shines in my opinion is because it is 4 v 4 that actually opens the maps, because with any more than 8 players majority of the maps are claustrophobic in my opinion.Comment

Re: Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2
got select fire for my fal, i am a bit disappointed in the fire rate, i was expecting it to go up to average assault rifle fire rate but it was incredibly slow, the aim and damage is amazing though, i'll adjust the attachments and perks for my mtar class to help with its aim, if that fixes the aim i think i'll just go with the mtar.i have an mtar/fal with fast mags/recoil thingy and red dot sight/select fire, i'll put in a recoil thingy instead of a red dot sight for my mtar, i have an 870 with no attachments and overkill wildcard.i have perk 2 greed wildcard so i have cold blooded, toughness, blind eye, and black hat.i'm loving black hat for destroying uavs and stealing care packages, but i might have to let it go for long barrel 870 attachment, i dont mind not destroying uavs anymore, its the care packages that is convincing me to keep black hat in there.i tried not touching anything when i was younger and ended up pissing all over myself.Comment

Re: Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2
I tried league play and I did a lot better than I do in Regular mosh pits. I finished the 5 match ranking process and got put at 21st Gold level whatever
Any of that means.Comment
