I think it is hysterical seeing these guys running around with just a knife. They may get kills but they are definitely not helping their team accomplish the objective like in a game of hardpoint. That seems to be my favorite mode at this point because there is some type of objective instead of just running around and just randomly shooting people. It is frustrating though when a knife guy comes running straight at you and you unload 30 rounds into his chest and still gets you. They also look like they are running on hyper drive!

The speed knifers are idiots. Just like the shotgunners in hardpoint. Running around not helping their team and going 16-20 with zero captures and zero defends. They are annoying because you are focusing on the objectives and they are stabbing you in the back, but they don't help their team at all.

God that is so annoying!!! On top of that, knifing is pretty much broken.

Was trying to knife a guy on the ground that didn't see me. Had to slash him like 6 times for it to finally register. WTF!?

The only time I ever think about knifing someone is if I happen to approach them from behind, otherwise I rather just shoot them. The knifing in this game is so lame as compared to BF3 it just seems cheap!

Knives must be a regular mode issue. On hardcore, you don't bring a knife to a gunfight

There is something special about creepin' up on a sniper laying prone in BF3, flipping him over and seeing the fear in his eyes, as you proceed to shove your blade straight into him and take his dog tags as a souvenier.

I don't get nearly as pissed, when someone knifes me in BOII.

I've evolved my game quite a bit and I'm having much better rounds now. I've flipped to the darkside and started running with the SMG/suppressor with the 870 as my backup.

I dont knife or shotgun but when we play (usually dont run blops2 unless i have a party) all of us have certain areas we excel at. We usually run kc and me and another dudes job is to get kills / score streaks to push the team to one area. Ill collect tags if theyre next to me but we have two others who fight / collect and two other to facilitate a spawn.

On objectives (hp) its the same. 2 capture, 2 defend, 2 roamers. So the not playing an objective doesn't always apply.

Finished the campaign last night.

All I have to say is...WOW. Blown away.

Tempted to go back and play it again differently to see how the game would change. But damn, might be the best Campaign in a COD yet, although the story in MW1 and 2 were pretty epic too, but didn't have the different possibilities like this one. Pretty linear.
