Did they ever leave? I can't remember the last time i've seen a legit leaderboard. Maybe socom in the ps2 era but i think that got cracked shortly after release.

I seen a guy who was like 6th prestige. Look at his gun use and he had mastery cards for all weapons. I just don't get why people would rather spend 18 hours of boosting over real game time.

Man, i've been getting brutalized the last couple days. I can say i'm getting rather annoyed at getting shot around corners. And I HATE blaming lag, or using anything as an excuse, but i've had a number of times where i'm pumping a crazy amount of rounds into a guy, I die, then the kill cam shows only one or two getting off before I die.

That, and i've been against some dudes with inhuman twitch skills. I had a jump on a guy around a corner, and in a split second, he was turned on me and pumping me full of lead. I can't play with my sensitivity that high. I'm at 7 right now, and it's hard enough for me to be accurate down the sights. However, it's a necessary evil given how many encounters are of the hipfire standoff variety.

I've been trying to get better with my aim and came across this guys video makes alot of sense and has helped me out with aim around corners.

I think I'm finally starting to get this game. Nothing amazing but had some positive rounds with something like 27-13 games, playing the objective. Lowered my Scorestreaks to UAV, C-UAV, and Guardian.

I think I'm figuring out how these maps flow, and I'm setting up my classes right. Once you get to the point where you can anticipate where guys will be you just start playing that much better.

Everyone keeps saying the spawning is bad, I don't see that. I always complain about other CoD games spawning me right in front of people and before I can move I'm dead. I have not had this problem in this game. Also I have been shot fewer times in the back in this game then any other one. Everyone should know where the spawn points are by now, so why stand where they can spawn right behind you?

I don't think this game is any harder or easier then the first BO, my K/D ratio is sitting right at 1.3 just like before. In 9 out of 10 games my connection is fine, my bars are all green and full, and I have a good game. Sometimes I have a bad game, sometimes I have bad days. Yesterday I was bad, really bad. Today I had a really good day playing. I see other people with bad connections and they have a bad game. Like I said before, just because you have a good connection doesn't mean that you can't play good.

None of my friends were on so i cracked campaign. Usually hit the hardest difficulty but since i heard theres a bunch of different endings i just went with default. Game is super fun and the story has some insane moments.

To the guy needing hints on how to play different modes: just play your strengths. I dont touch multiplayer unless my friends are on, but we all have different games. Some of our cats aren't good at running the board but can hold down a specific location. I can't play like that, nor do i have the patience so i just run around the outside of the map.

We got other dudes who can rock an objective, etc. its all about doing what you're comfortable at. Just set your classes and score streaks to complement your style.

It's the same for me when I play. Some good days some bad days. Yesterday I had good games when I was playing alone and had some good games when playing with fellow OS'ers. Today was a completely different story. I couldn't get anything consistent going. Let's just say I really didn't play to much today lol.

Agreed, I think even once you get comfortable with the game you can still have bad days.

For instance there might be days where none of your friends are online with you and you decide to play alone and you just end up in really bad, lopsided lobbies where either None of your teammates are going for objectives, your teammates are all really bad and getting you spawn locked, or you are playing against full parties of experienced players.

Had a few bad nights like that, but I'm starting to get into some more balanced lobbies lately.

This game is still really good at reminding you that there are still major problems with multiplayer.

Last night probably played 10-15 games and was absolutely destroying kids. 40-7, 23-4, 31-9 etc.

Then the last game of the night, it decided to be "that game". Horrible spawning, getting killed before I'm even in a room. All the way behind cover and suddenly dying from a guy that had no chance of shooting me. Getting out gunned with an LMG by a hand gun.

I kid you not, I spawn died 4 times in a row in that one game on Express. There was a guy camping in the corner behind the trains and I kept repeatedly spawning in the same spot and he would shoot me, before I could even take a step.

Spawned in the SAME SPOT the 5th time, but luckily someone had just came and killed him.

It's one game like that that can ruin my feelings on this game.
