I'll have to remember that,I don't have the M8A1 unlocked, but I do have the MTAR....I'll head over to the Elite site and build a loadout based on the MTAR.

I know I said I can't stand the Bouncing Betty's....but that's only because I don't have the damn things unlocked yet..

Once I do though,I'm going to be using them like crazy...oh the hypocrisy...

They are good for helping to hold down an objective.

A lot of times I was the first to get to a Hardpoint, while everyone else was goofing off on the other side of the map. I could usually use a bouncing betty and shock charge and hold it down until help could arrive.

              *shakes fist* ohhh .

I hope I don't into you online, because whenever I get killed by a bouncing betty, I just switch to a class that has Scavenger + Engineer and EMP grenades, free easy points for me .

I was playing last night on Yemen and there was a guy in a building who I know was corner camping inside, so I threw a betty in the doorway for when he decided to come out. However he hacked the betty with a black hat. So I hacked it back with mine, then he hacked it again, and I hacked it one final time, then he shot it, came outside and I killed him. It was a pretty funny hacking battle we had.

A little late, but I agree. I've been using the MTAR & Type 25 with success. MTAR is a little bit easier to control from a distance, so I'd give it the edge.

....DAMN,are the spawns terrible in this game. If I have an issue with the game,it's definitely the spawns.

I'm so sick of getting shot in the back because the game decides to spawn an enemy right behind me,and yes I do check around to make sure nobody is around, and sure as hell I take off thinking it's safe when all of a sudden....pew ,pew, pew and I'm dead.....other than that I'm still enjoying the game, and I believe it was Sinister that mentioned using the MTAR against SMG users....and so far it has worked out wonderfully.

I don't have the stock unlocked yet,so I'm just rolling with the red dot sight and fast mags, and it's been a thing of beauty....helpful in short range as well as longer ranged engagements.

I noticed right off the bat after moving it, that was that their was no lag whatsoever. Now my Internet has good speed I realized that the hdTV might have been causing some of the lag with the the controls. Only for a split second but just long enough to affect my gameplay. If anyone is playing on a HDTV try moving it to an older one to see if the lag issues let up.
Maybe your HDTV has a poor response time? Time it takes for a given pixel to refresh. It's usually negligible though as the difference between most screens is usually Milliseconds. 16 MS is usually the highest, but anywhere between 2-8 is average. I game on a 26.5" Samsung LCD Monitor with a 2 ms response time so I never really notice any screen ghosting, or blurring.

Yea it's probably a lag response thing.

Old RCA non HD set probably has 0ms lag response and your 26" Sanyo is probably 10ms or more. Also check you HDTV display settings, most HDTV's have a game mode setting to compensate for display lag response.

Everyone always has a problem with Call of Duty spawns. Make sure you keep an eye on the minimap in the corner of your screen. If there are none of your teammates in the area, you have to be on the lookout. Its really not that bad.

It's really that bad when you can run from 1 spawn point to another within in 10 seconds on most of these small maps it's a problem. Out of all these COD this is the worst

You have always been able to run from spawn to spawn on cod. The system does the best it does to spawn you in a place with no action. Small maps are what most call of duty fans enjoy. As long as you aren't playing demolition, the spawns shouldn't be too bad.

I do exactly what you mentioned, but it doesn't matter....I ALWAYS check my surroundings when I'm away from my teammates,as I know an enemy will spawn..after checking around I decide to take off,and it never fails, the game will seem to spawn them in RIGHT behind me.

So yes,the spawns ARE that bad,if they weren't, folks wouldn't point out the issue time and time again.
