    LittleBigPlanet Karting

For PS3 racing fanatics, there's simply no other way to feel the road and head towards that finish line than CTA Digital's Racing Wheel With Stand for the PlayStation Move & DualShock. The steering wheel accommodates either a standard DualShock 3 controller or a new Move Motion controller, to suit whatever the racing title might ask for. When the accompanying stand is secured to a solid surface, via its powerful suction cups, it’s like being in the driver seat of a real car!

Not sure I quite understand this move since there is already Modnation...... **Shakes Head**

So it looks like the ModNation team is working on this. Word going around is that this will take the best of ModNation and LBP merging them together in a cart racer that would replace ModNation. I guess I'm ok with that, but it sounded silly originally to have both on the market.

More on LBP Kart Racing here. It's by the ModNation folk.

That wheel seems pretty cool. I have a wheel for GT5 so I wonder if it will work with this game or if it has to be the move one.

        NBA: Dallas Mavericks

I think with a dualshock 3 in it the wheel might be alright, but with the move it has a big tumor on the side of the wheel. Not sure about the base either, I guess it could be spring loaded but it still seems something more like the Wii wheel would be a better overall solution.

Well I'll definitely be purchasing this since people will be able to mod things in this that you couldn't in MNR. Mainly the weapons, the MNR's ones got stale quickly for me.

I still play MNR at least once a week so hopefully this is a big improvement and I'll be all over it. MNR Road Trip for the VITA has so many improvements that the community been asking for MNR2.

I think this is mainly a marketing thing. Taking the name and success from LBP fame and trying to turn it into sales for a kart racing game.

Hopefully United Front can nail this on the head.

Too bad they didn't stick with ModNation, but as long as it's the same "team" so to speak, I'm glad that they'll stick to that style of play.

If this ends up coming out for Vita, I'll hold off on MNR.

I'd rather it be a new MNR, oh well.
I prefer those characters and art style compared to a bunch of sack boys and the LBP world environment.

That's what I was going with as well, but I didn't want it to sound like nitpicking (because a lot of people consider these games to be "the same," even though they aren't). I know exactly what you mean when you say that.

At the very least, I will still buy this game, especially if it becomes a Vita release down the road. I wonder when this is coming out?

Put me in the "would rather they stay with ModNation" camp. MNR was probably my least favorite kart racer offline, but the online was awesome. Even with me hating the offline so much that I didn't finish it, I would have preferred a sequel to that so long as they improved. Something about LBP Kart Racing just doesn't get me the least bit excited.

                      Could be good though.

Somebody asked and got a response from a dev "Hi Link01, there is no Vita version planned for this game, however we will be supporting 3D."
