42 was playing for a bit earlier too I think and I've 6 buds from MNR that were able to get a code and download it decently fast enough to.

Do you guys always have DL slowness? or is it just for this time? I'd try reseting ps3 and maybe you'd get a better connection to the servers.

Well, it's strange... I had a spike to about 70% maybe an hour ago (since that 34% posting), but since then it's only gone up to 78%.

I'll try the suggested system reset, but since it's already past 1:30 AM here, if it doesn't finish within the next half hour (as it shouldn't), I probably won't be playing this one until tomorrow afternoon.

Well, I have it downloaded, installed, and I've played for about the last hour. I totally forgot about the NDA until Mabster mentioned it and I read it myself, so I suppose I can't speak about it. However, I am compiling notes that I will release the second the embargo is lifted.

No idea lol, but I don't want them to terminate my beta session and/or suspend my PSN account.

On the other hand, through only about ten "events" (I don't want to call them all races), I've compiled a large heaping of notes/opinions so far, and a lot of them are in comparison to ModNation Racers.

The beta ends on July 31st (well, August 1st at 4:00 AM ET). When it ends, is the NDA lifted, and are we allowed to talk about it?

I only played this beta one day, and took a crap load of random notes on it, mostly comparing gameplay elements to ModNation Racers. I'd just like to know when I'd be able to actually post them.
