I don't understand any of these issues people are having. I have seen the occasional getting stuck when spawning in MP, but nothing in SP so far and I'm halfway through.

I can understand people not being really impressed with the game. Like someone said, the entire FPS genre is over saturated and it's hard for anyone to stay fresh and bring new story lines. But I also think CoD is the worst when it comes to this. It's the same thing over and over again yet people buy it like it's gold. I Liken it to Apple. They make the same freakin product, but with a new coat of paint and people line up for miles to buy it. Don't even get me started on the iPad mini. How stupid are people to keep buying this stuff?

But I am having a ot of fun with this game. That's all I really care about when it comes to a FPS.

I agree to a point but Blops 2 is doing a lot of things different with their Campaign and Apple may be the same thing but its a lot more reliable than most other phones I have owned or my friends have owned.

Staying on topic however I was going to RedBox this however I am guessing like most EA games that theres a online pass?

No not that, I got that eventually. However speaking of that part I got to the end of that segment 3 times and I couldn't leave. No matter what I would push my dude just sat there looking through his scope. It was hard enough to get those guys on that far tower, this just pissed me off.

That's not to mention it would lock up. Like my guy would hold his gun to his chest and I couldn't sprint, shoot, or crouch. This happened several times at the beginning of that mission. So I was just target practice.

I had to restart checkpoints/mission on that mission over ten times because of stupid glitches. And then when I restarted the mission I had to watch that cutscene in its entirety every time. Maybe I had a bad game, but it was really bad (PS3 BTW)

Didn't experience any of those issues on 360 or PC version, that is weird.

I am actually enjoying the game, I guess I can really respect the differences between COD, BF, and MOH games individually. I like them all and play them all...

Really loving it, driving scene after that sniper level is awesomeness!

This game defines mediocre. It doesn't do anything outside of what we've seen before, it has some issues. It's extremely average, the story is not compelling at all. It draws a lot of lines to the BF3 campaign, even a little bit similar to BLOPS campaign and it's beyond drawn out now. I'm about half way through, rented it. I have only had issues with textures, no glitches otherwise. Enemies are unpredictable in a bad way. Half the time you can sit out of cover and not be shot at all. Other times you can be ducked behind a solid piece of cover and be taking shots.

It's not a bad game, but it's definitely not worth $60 to a majority of players.

Really? I have the PC version and I have more success on it than I do the consoles in the controls.

I have zero issues with it.

People stop bashing the game, and stop comparing it to stupid COD and so forth. I don't know why people even bother to post if all they will do is talk about how terrible something is. You want to talk about the negatives, point out the positives on top of it.

Did the same crap with the MOH 2010 version and I thought that game was solid too, don't understand all the hate.

There is absolutely nothing horrendous about this game, to make comments like not worth $60, it's already been done, blah blah..

Honestly no game is worth $60

Most games have already been done, nothing is 100% original, you take something from something, making something else with familiarities.

Been enjoying it since I installed on my PC and on my 360, I come here to talk about the solid aspects and all I hear is negativity, majority with he says, she says, site reviews and so forth.

We get it, it's not COD, it's not BF3!!! It uses the BF3 engine for graphics and destruction, still has MOH's gun types and control schemes. Learn to pull the different feel and different direction of a game, especially online. People feels its not like BF3 or COD online, it just sucks...

Game is solid.....No need to keep posting how terrible it is..there is a lot of great things in this game.

Controls, Driving levels, graphics and weather effects, voice acting, plot is average nothing groundbreaking but far from boring and so forth.

Every review thus far has been awful except for one that gave it a 7.

Take "professional" reviews with a grain of salt. It's sitting at 8.2(360), 7.2(PS3) user rating on Gamestop.com. 6.9(360), 7.2(PS3 by users on gamefly.

Also find it a little weird that most of the negative people on this are talking without having actually played it.

So you think it's okay that with kb/m on PC the way to peek out of cover is by holding 3 keys at the same time? Or that there are spelling errors all over the place, or that the single player mission design is "move forward and shoot dark people" or that there are bugs everywhere even after a massive patch?

I know that these individual game threads are usually circle jerks but come on. There are people in here asking for advice on whether or not to purchase it. In my opinion there is no reason to purchase this game. The singleplayer campaign is awful (somehow worse than BF3 and MW3) and the MP, while having some interesting ideas, doesn't hold up to the market standards. It's 2012, we're nearing the end of a console cycle, and this game, despite repeated promises to the contrary, appears to have had little to no thought, effort, or attention to detail put into it.
