Alright! Crawling in the dark is soooo sick.

I love how the post says "Alternative metal band Hoobastank"

I saw a custom GH track for this song years ago, and the chart was much more awesome than I anticipated. Outside of Blitz, this would definitely be a fun guitar song for Rock Band.

Available on Xbox 360, Wii and PlayStation®3 system (August 14th, 2012):

        • Foreigner – “I Want to Know What Love Is” O
        • Foreigner – “Waiting for a Girl Like You” O
        • Nightwish – “Amaranth” O X
I love this 80's cheese. Also, don't like metal much at all (and have never heard of Nightwish before this), but that song sounds good enough to buy as well.

          Re: Rock Band: Blitz

I'm horrifically disapointed. Bad Foreinger songs and crappy generic rock Nightwish instead of awesome opera metal Nightwish. (They changed singers.) For hopeful future reference,so people that haven't heard of them don't write them off as crap and people wonder why one of the most requested bands doesn't sell...

Yeah, you're right. The keys sound kind of fun though, so I'll buy. I'd have much preferred Double Vision and something else... Head Games maybe from Foreigner. But I will take what I can get at this point.

EDIT: Actually I do really want "I Want to Know What Love Is"

Pfft... Rocksmith just got In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida aaaaaand The Whipping Post by Allman Brothers ---and something from CCR that I don't care enough to remember what it was.

The Black Keys are alright but I want what they got

I'm assuming the reason for the so-so list on Rockband Blitz is that is really a different type of game so the music was picked based on what made the best game play for that game.

RB has the CCR song but yah could really use the other 2.
I think so anyway. Allman's are really hit or miss with me. But that one has been rumored for RB for like 2 or 3 years.

Oh it's been found out that Shine is a re-record.

If it helps any In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida is apparently the 3 minute version.

A reminder that this game requires a constant online connection for progression,xp,coins and the ability to use power ups.

                        No DLC next week.

If we got the 3-minute version, it'll still be the best song released this year. That or Frankenstein, but that loses points because of the lack of vocals.

Turns out no offline progress is not saved AT ALL. Stars/scores etc.
The crappy songlist and needing to be online already spared me buying it and finding this out the hard way but lots of people weren't so lucky.

Holy smokes, Carole King. An actual classic rock song.

And BOC, (it's their biggest song we don't have but it is far from my ideal choice) but it's BOC.

                              Could it possibly be?
