Re: Rock Band: Blitz
Yep... this is why we haven't gotten anything. I'll probably go through and see if there are any classics I am missing though since I switched to xbox and lost a bunch of stuff.Comment

Re: Rock Band: Blitz
Spend $8 on 4 songs OR spend $10 and get all 44 songs then spend $2 more to get the new one.

But yah repeating themselves again. Another poor showing.Comment

Re: Rock Band: Blitz
...or for people who didn't buy Green Day Rock Band, they can cherry-pick songs as DLC. I'll likely spend a couple dollars more than I would buying the game and exporting, but I also won't have a bunch of **** sitting on my hard drive that I would have NO interest in playing.

Re: Rock Band: Blitz
It's possible, but I buy songs I like.
Not that I haven't listened to them, I'm just not a big Green Day guy. I'd have to double-check, but I think there are 8-10 songs I would buy if given the option.
While the "spending more to get less" doesn't register with you, the idea of being saddled with content I don't want is equally as preposterous to me.
Since the game has been released, I've given GD:RB a lot of thought (even as recently as earlier this week), listening to the songs and deciding whether or not I would play the vast majority of songs more than once or twice. I hadn't purchased the game because the answer inevitably comes back "Nah..."
So I'm left with spending $20 and having the songs I like, or spending $20 and having the songs I like, and also those I'm either indifferent on or dislike. For me, it's an easy choice. Content for the sake of more content isn't always better.Last edited by SmashMan; 09-23-2012, 05:11 PM.Comment
