Would a game about lawyers/courtrooms ever work?

I was thinking about L.A Noire and got to wondering if anyone think a video game where your a lawyer would ever work and be fun?

Perhaps you should consider the Phoenix Wright series.

Mind you there has been a Harvey Birdman game: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harvey_...8video_game%29

But I would love a sophisticated courtroom game that has multiple out comes.

Imagine, a more advanced interrogation system than LA Noire's with Heavy Rain's animations for a second!

Then there could be investigation mode (which covers both exhibits and actual scenes), review witnesses and also earning "points" (via rebuttals) of the jury.

You could also have an in depth jury system that's dynamic and random (use Assassins Creed limitless character generation system) along with traits straight out of the Fallout/Oblivion series, which can also be used to create your very own Lawyer (CAL). I would personally create Denny Crane from Boston Legal!

Guys I am not joking and maybe its my fascination and background with the legal system that has me excited but a courtroom game would totally work!

Oh..there could also be a bonus round (unlock able obviously) that puts you in the seat of a judge!

Can you folks picture the online for a moment? We could have a MMO mode using Mics to communicate!

I hope I am not weird but I would probably be more excited over a courtroom game over Madden...
