RDR or Uncharted

I'm torn on what to get... Red Dead Redemption or Uncharted... What you guys think? Which is better?

Both great games, but

Uncharted is a story game

RDR is a story game with an Open world.

After you beat UC its start over and do it all again, beat RDR and you can still go out after bandits and hunting card games etc..


RDR is the correct answer.

If I had to choose just one, I would go with the Uncharted trilogy. It's just to good to pass.

RDR. Uncharted is one of the most overhyped games I've ever played. Guns feel like nerf guns as it takes a clip to kill someone. Extremely repetitive. And dumb AI. Only thing good was the graphics.

I really enjoyed UC 1 & 2, played them untill I beat them, UC 3 took about 6 months off before I finished it. Fight 3 normal guys and then fight 1 big guy, rinse and repeat.

UC has a great stroy, and UC was the peak for me. But when its over its over
RDR has so much more to do, even if you want to put off doing the main quest for awhile.

Both are good games, but I enjoyed UC more. I will say that I never actually finished RDR. Once I got to a certain point I was just done. There's only so many times you can do the same stuff over and over again before it becomes a chore. With that said, I did play the game for 30+ hours and like I said, never actually finished it, so I'm sure that had a lot to do with it.

But wasn't Uncharted pretty repetitive? I felt so. I enjoyed the first game, but at times I felt like it was a choir. Gun play was horrible to me.

I works go RDR. I think it has More replay value.

I played a little bit of uncharted and the gun play was uninspiring and thus never picked it up.

The story gets good, but I don't feel it was some greatness that you have to play. It was a fun game though. I never played 2 or 3.

Most lists of top games this gen have RDR rated higher than Uncharted 2 (which is supposedly the best in the series) so take that for what it's worth.
