I am not sure about this game. On one hand I would like to play it but on the other hand I want injustice more. If bioshock is available I may choose it over this.

The biggest thing is the only 4 maps and stripped game modes. Like they don't relay care.

Wow a 79 on gamerankings so far. Ouch, besides the 9.2 ign review it seems to be getting a average of 7's and 8's.

The maps for Overrun are nice, the one that was on the demo is the worst one IMO. The one game of TDM I played was the map with the gondolas in it, I liked the way it was laid out.

We definitely live in a weird time for gaming when 7's and 8's for a game are considered bad and "ouch".

I agree but these scores are new territory for Gears of War.

There's no way this game is close to being a 7. Gears has been a great series and changing the way you throw frags and changing your weapons has made it even better.

Again, I go back to what I think of the game, I could careless what someone else thinks. My opinion of the game is the only thing that matters. And IMO this game is great and I'll continue playing it.

Just checked out a YouTube video of all of the player skins which look great.

Looks like you can only purchase them? I wish we could unlock them someway through playing the game.

Good deal, the video I saw just showed that you can purchase them with Microsoft Points. I didn't see an option to unlock them through playing the game.

EDIT: Does anyone need a web weapon code?

picking up the game tomorrow, pay day. I will tell you this much, I was at my cousin house yesterday who got the game a few days early and the graphics in this game are sick, I mean match this to any PS3 game out there and you have a fight.

The game is beautiful and still shows the Xbox still have plenty life left in the graphics department, I wish they can get some more games out that look this great before next gen.

There's about 6-7 that are unlockable and the rest must be purchased. It's still ridiciously priced but at the same time, they add nothing to the game and are actually cheaper than they were last year. 21 skins last year was $50, 36 this year is still $50.
