I'm holding off after Gears 3. The game is good and I still play it but there's so many MP issues that I don't want to sink 60 in a Gears 3 MP clone.

I guess I just never thought much into it. We hear her talking during the entire trilogy so I just figured that was the locust queen. It did cross my mind wondering why she looked human, but then I just figured, eh, it's Gears... Lol.

I saw the Best Buy Gears of war console at the Best Buy website and it's a refurb for 279 with only one controller and doesn't include Gears 3, the Gears bonus content and the free month of xbox live, so all in all I'm happy with the 350 dollar bundle I got.

It's a cool looking console with a big hard drive so if someone is looking to upgrade and doesn't mind what this doesn't include or already has gears 3 and doesn't want the second custom controller it could work.

I think I may go for the Gears 3 bundle. 350 isn't bad but I already have the game and the dlc in the bundle. Can still sell it on eBay though.

I may have to pass on this Gears. Totally hated Baird in the Gears series (Was hoping he die in Gears 2) and if im going to be forced to play him as a main character then that puts this game on the may rent category.

Everything I've read about this game so far makes my excitement around -5. This coming from a guy who owns all 3 games and all 5 books.
