Saw the actual Lego sets previewed last winter in my son's magazine, and now the game. Count us in!

Are the characters actually going to talk in this one?

I would assume so, in the Lego Batman 2 thread, it was mentioned that they will talk.

With that, though, it makes sense considering they're not following scenes from a well-established movie. Indiana Jones and Star Wars both did amazing jobs with their speechless dialogue scenes. The first Batman game didn't get the same benefit because it didn't have that established story/script to work with.

Either way I'm game for this - should be fun and epic.

I'm down... I'm just not sure if I like the voice acting for the LEGO games. I adored the fact that they were able to get away without it for the previous games.

Maybe they are thinking if they make little changes here and there it will help keep the franchises fresh?

Understood why they needed voices for Batman 2 as it was an untold story that needed explaining. Interested to see which direction they go with LoTR.

This time, however, the Vita and 3DS versions better be the console versions and not the DS version...they can handle it. If the Wii can do the console version, the 3DS can as well.
