Greenmangaming has a voucher for 25% off Rome II preorder until tomorrow for anyone interested. BTW preordering Rome II gives you the Greek states culture pack which basically adds Athens, Sparta and Epirus as playable factions to the game. I'm sill debating if I want the collectors edition with the miniature roman onager. I don't buy collectors editions often but that is the most awesome thing ever in a collectors edition. That price is scary though, but Rome: Total war is one of my favorite games ever.

Saw that they're using Mark Strong(Sherlock Holmes, Rock n Rolla) an "early game" General in Rome II. Some of my favorite bits of Medieval II were the random General's speeches, especially if they were mad...

I am beyond jazzed about this game. I will probably need to upgrade my computer, but it will be worth it (and it's long overdue). The first RTW is the only computer game I've ever been really addicted to. That game absolutely adversely affected my grades one semester, haha.

Got my collectors edition today. I activated the steam code and the preloads done. I could have waited and installed via the disk but when I get home Tuesday why wait even more?

One odd thing though is I don't have a Greek states DLC code anywhere in the box. Guess I have to contact Sega now. How fun.

I'm pretty sure you'll get the code via steam on Tue, I ordered via steam and I don't have any proof of the DLC yet myself. Heard it won't show till tue 12am
