I just downloaded the Battlelog app and it says I am ranked 5th when I am a 17th. None of my stats are current, any idea why?

It's showing your rank from when you transferred from PS3. I never played the PS3 version so I don't know what you can do to display PS4.

In the app, click the menu icon in the upper left (looks like three horizontal line) and choose profile. Once that loads just click on your PS4 profile on the right hand side of the screen and that will become your active profile in the app.

I haven't been having the connection issues a lot of you seem to be having. I haven't really had any problems with Battlefield.

Lucky you, I just bought about 2 days ago and it kicks me all the time and freezes at certain times. I also struggle just to join any game for some reason

I just pick the game up for the One and so far I have yet to have any connection problems,but I'm having trouble trying to get my party on the same team.

Last night I tested out joining someone's game from Battlelog on my PC like Jnes and Mikenoob mentioned and it worked perfectly. I did not know that I could join anyone on my friendslist who is playing on PS4 from my laptop. I clicked join in battlelog on my laptop and my game on the PS4 instantly began joining their server. Once I joined the game it put me right into their squad. Will definitely be doing this from now on since the in game battlelog does not seem to be working properly.

My connection / disconnect issues have been kind of sporadic. For the first couple days, I couldn't connect to conquest at all. Then that started working, and I really had very few issues with conquest from then on ... until this past weekend. Friday night / Saturday morning, I pretty much couldn't complete a game of conquest without disconnecting. Beginning Sunday night, and then Monday and Tuesday nights as well, back to not having many issues.

Regardless - there's obviously some work they still need to do on stability. But thankfully, outside of this past weekend, my disconnection issues have been pretty scarce. Most of the disconnects that I get happen after a game has ended, before it loads up the next map in the round.

i got booted a few times but only in 64 player games...When i play Domination i have absolutely no trouble whatsoever.

We are rolling out a new game update on PS4. You might need to restart the game to have the update install. Change notes below. We are already working on the next update based on your feedback.

Dec 11 PS4 Game Update Notes
-General stability fixes that should remove a large amount of the client crashes we are currently seeing on the PS4
-Fixed the audio drop outs that could occur when playing on large maps. Typical map affected was Golmud Railway in Conquest with 64 players. Ambient sound would sometimes cut out, like foley sounds from player running, vehicle engine sounds, vehicle movement sounds, and map ambient sounds
-Removed the blur effect on soldiers that appeared when Commanders were using EMP attacks
-Further reduced the probability of getting a corrupt save file by doing miscellaneous changes to the save file system. These include removing the save file saving again when quitting multiplayer
-Fixed multiple crashes that could occur when bringing up the in-game Battlelog during round transition
-Fixed a crash that could occur when using the BattleScreen
-Fixed a random crash related to destroying vehicles
-Fixed minor destruction issues in the terrain

Good news. My server browser was working much better last night. It was showing a LOT of servers, whereas before it would only show 5 to 10 at most.

I had 2 crash to desktop last night. Hope this new patch really fixes that!

Oh and is that blur effect the one where it kind of flashes red/blur for a sec? If so I'm so glad cause that is annoying as hell.

How exactly can you get this to work? I have that separate PS4 section on battlelog, but almost none of my friends show up on that list. I think only one or two show up in that section. Does the server need to have open spots before they appear?

They need to fix the netcode for the PC. I get a ping of 23 and get killed by someone thats 110 when I get the jump on him....I usually empty half a clip to take someone down....

Strange thing is I have no issue with the PS4 version and I'm able to drop two guys at the same time.
