Maps are no where as good as BF3 im sorry...Fav map is operation locker and dawnbreaker.

I use to could sit and play BF3 for hours literly and by myself lol. This one not so much.

I need them to hurry up and bring out the second assault maps for ps4. I can only play this game in doses. after i few rounds i get bored put it down and come back ina few hours. Im a level 57 on ps4 and about a 36 in X1 so i've put time into it just not digging it as much as i did BF3

Hmm, well guess I could always pop BF3 back in for some trigger time till I can do something about a PS4, lol.

Got my first knife counter last week.... very rewarding.

Very good feeling for sure, this is really the first Battlefield i've gotten into. I played BF3 a few times but that was it.

I got my first counter the other day on some map with a couple buses on it, ran between them cause I knew it was one guy in the middle. Shot and killed him and by the time I got to the end of the bus there were two more there.

Was shooting one and the other tried to knife me...countered and killed him then started back shooting the other guy but he killed me. Was still feeling like a boss

If they do ANYTHING to upgrade the gun you will only hear that. I didn't use a DMR until one day I seen a kid hit 25+ on every map. I figured out he's using a DMR so I give it a go. Sho'nuff I start rocking out kills like nothing. As long as you have a short range scope (iron or holo), and use shoot - 1/4 pause - shoot - 1/4 pause - repeat. It's simply a beast.

But you won't hear it as many times haha.

They open up for you after about 13,000 recon score. You start out with the RFB and they are typically about 20 round mags and semi auto fire only.

Think of every time you've heard the annoying "pew pew pew", it was probably a DMR.

One of the funniest things last night with sbauer was he was on the other team and had just been destroying us. I ended up taking sbauer's tags and I made a comment about it. The whole party was like "Yes! Way to go, get that sucker." Lol. There was some pent up frustration with sbauer on our team last night. Too funny.

What's the issue with the DMR's?

From what I read they got a damage decrease from BF3. In BF3 it used to kill in 3 shots I believe but now it's I think 4 shots. Something like that, I just know that it takes more shots to kill with it compared to BF3.
Then again the G36C got nerfed down from BF3 too. I just wish they patched the DMR by changing that annoying sound they make when someone is shooting at me with it.

DICE has released patch notes for the latest Battlefield 4 patch on PS4.

DICE continues to work on addressing issues with Battlefield 4 on PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 and has announced that a new Battlefield 4 patch for PS4 will be available today.


"We are rolling out a new update for Battlefield 4 on PS4 in order to address some stability and balancing issues," said DICE in a post on Battlenet.
"You might need to restart the game to have the update install."
The list of issues that this new PS4 Battlefield 4 patch will fix are as follows:

• Various fixes for improving general stability
• Fixed flickering in map and minimap on Rouge Transmission and Operation Locker
• Fixed issue with player spawning under the map in Lancang Dam
• Increased damage by 25% for the Stealth Jet 20mm cannons
• Normalized repair rates across all vehicles. Vehicles with lower health points, like aircraft and transport vehicles, now repair more slowly than before
• Fixed a bug where the M1 Abrams Coaxial HMG ammo box was occasionally blocking the driver’s camera
• Fix for friendly marker not always showing when needed to, resulting in players shooting team members
• Fixed problem with killer health in kill card not being correctly updated (showing 100% health even though the soldier was hurt)
• EU Players: Fixed bug where game wouldn’t start when when the console was running in any of these languages: Japanese, Dutch, Portuguese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Czech, Brazilian Portuguese
• Fix for bug where it looked like soldier was dying with 1 health instead of 0
• Fixed a player feedback timing issue where blood was appearing before other damage indicators, and before damage was actually done

The repair notes tell me that now we can actually take down some of those birds flying around racking up 50+ kills with their repair monkeys on board. For the record, we take most of them down anyways, but usually a good pilot with a competent repair guy on board can outlast all your rockets.

And I'm not a Stinger camper, I just run about and break mine out when the opportunity arises.



BTW, good games last night again. Really felt like that one conquest that we won by just 11 was hard fought and well organized. My heart was racing the entire match, went with the MTAR and racked up 30 kills.

Cowher yelling at the ending seconds of the match "don't run out, don't run out! Save those tickets, we got this!" was great as well lol.

Good games running with us in hardcore last night Bob and Kodiak. Me and my buddy Lbzlokems was in party chat together is why I was not on the mic.

I spent most my night flying helicopters and using the SKS!
