Rented servers were the best feature of bf3 for me. Finally consoles were given the ability. I'm sick of crappy generic servers with no admins and randoms destroying a hardcore game. I also don't want to play every map in the same cycle. Find a good server, and build a community.

I've also been playing BF since the series started on PC so I was really missing it.

YESSSSSS...i used to have 3 custom servers saved under my favorites. Finding a good custom room with a good rotation is GOLD

So are most of yall grouped up and just decided to jump servers all the time? Ive noticed quite a bit, but Stevieaces and I ended up joining a game against about 6 OS people, and within 5 minutes and a quick check of the scoreboard, every one of yall had bailed.

Wow, can't believe that the in game battlelog is actually working. When I opened it up those who are on my friends list were at the top and I could join any of their games. Its about time.

Honestly, for me....BF3 took a downward turn with rentable/custom servers.

I think this was more due to the regular dice servers were non-existant (and not the custom servers were trying to name themselves after dice servers). They lacked a lot of foresight in the way they implemented it (or maybe EA was just being EA) and it ruined bf3 for a lot of people.

No one wants to deal with idiot admins who kick people as well. I seen teams being kicked just because the admins team was losing or if someone was doing to well. I just want to play the regular EA/dice servers without the worry of being kicked. If the rent a servers came back and dice servers were again terminated I would be done with the game. If they do have rentable servers make them for unranked only or private. I don't play for competition I play for fun and to me BF3 was partly not fun because of this.

I've had 3 blue screen crashes on the PS4 when playing BF4 today. Will this game ever work properly. The crashes and rubberbanding are driving me crazy.

Damn..you've had some bad luck with this game...lol. I played for a couple of hours with Boltman,Dan and Healy...and the only issue is the rubber banding...it seems to pretty consistent on Hainan Resort and Lancang Dam...other than those 2 maps,the game seems to run pretty good for me.

Yeah those 2 maps are the worst for the rubberbanding for sure. I have had it at times on other maps but not near as much. I mainly play 64 player conquest so that's the reason I moan about it alot. The crashes though seem to have crept back in hopefully it's just a blip but 3 times today is to much. When I play domination or team deathmatch which is rare it runs smoothly it's just 64 player conquest that's the issue. I really wish the smaller conquest mode was available to play but when I filter it there are no servers at all.

Yeah if you go to the filter options it has large conquest and another one that just says conquest which I assume is the smaller one. Looks like they don't have any servers up and running for it as it always says no servers.
