I haven't had that glitch happen at all today.

Edit: it looks like some of my boosts disappeared though.

For those that use them, what is your favorite shotgun?

If you're an Premium member, it's free. If you're not an Premium member, you've to wait until March 4th and it's $15.

Bummer. I'll just save my money then and put it toward MLB '14.

I don't use shotguns much any more, but I really liked the DBV-12. I have 11 service stars and 1194 kills with it.

I would run support with it because you don't have much ammo and it goes through it fast. Full choke, 12G Dart rounds, PKA-S [1X] scope, Angled grip.

Battlefield 4

The QBS is the easy mode "noob" shotgun. It's good to start with that to get a feel for using shotguns in general.

Generally, I go Ergo/full choke/laser/buckshot

sometimes I like to throw frag rounds on to **** around and blow people up

But I like pump actions. Pump actions require more skill and are more rewarding. I liked the UTS because of its 16 shells (I went on several 10+ kill sprees without reloading), but the 870 is where it's at. It has more pellets and the hip fire is way better. It kills better at the longer ranges. The Hawk 12G technically has the most damage output bc of even more pellets than the 870, but it only has 6 shells and I'm pretty sure it's way less accurate. Many times I only got hit markers with it and died bc I didn't get the kill

For pump actions I go

Full choke/buckshot/laser sight

That's what's I've been running with the 870 as well. The distance is crazy!

The Hawk 12g has more but weaker pellets and a higher spread in comparison to the 870 MCS, if you grind out darts it hits very hard and consistent but otherwise the UTS or 870 kick the **** out of it.

I've used the 870 on Dawnbreaker or Floodzone very successfully it just requires a more careful play style but it's very satisfying to hit that assault running around with his 416 thinking he's god and dropping him in one shot at 25m. The Full Choke + Dart combo is hilarious.

Yea it was almost like trolling people, the full choke & darts on Zavod would often get me between 35 to 45 kills running between C and D. Occasionally running to E or B as needed.

Make sure you have a quick trigger finger when you run that setup!

It'll wanna pull up a little so you'll have to keep bringing it down as you're unloading on them.

I'm pretty jazzed about it. I have a soft spot for Metro and have always liked Firestorm and Caspian for their feel and scope. Oman is pretty good, but I would have preferred Seine.

Another fun thing is to see is the graphical difference between BF3 and BF4 with these maps. I expect they will be realized a bit differently, so maybe different lighting and stuff.

I didn't play BF3, so I'm really looking forward to trying some of these maps tomorrow. Have they been playing these on Xbox One since launch?

Now that we have the chat box that PC has, the commo rose has been a godsend. Seriously the ammo and medic callous are nice but the fact that you can ring off a thanks or need orders it less than a second without a mic is beautiful. I've had people suddenly stick with me because I'm using it.

My PS4 did a system update this morning but I didn't see the maps download. Were they already on my console lol?

You have to wait until the PSN Store updates. Which I think is BS considering this is 2014 and we are on next gen. Da ****, Sony?
