Just started playing the single player in this yesterday and it has the worst respawn points Ive seen in a long time if ever. Its like I complete a large shootout, die later and it puts me all the way back at the start of the mission again, no idea who thought that was a good idea but its terrible and makes me wanna just move on to another game as I hate repeating something over and over and over again.

Is it silenced by default? I noticed you didn't put the silencer in the drop down menu for the Val

When a suppressor is added to the VAL it actually becomes useless because it already has a built in one. With a hacked client you can add it and it drops the velocity to 0. It's kinda funny, that's why you just ignore the option on Symthic. Of course because it naturally suppressed and you cannot actually apply the suppressor it doesn't suffer the hip-fire penalty that everything else in the game does. Probably needs to be fixed in the future but for now it's pretty broken.

Followed a guy upstairs and as soon as I shoot- I die. His back was turned but somehow killed me. Kill cam shows him turning around while shooting.

There is no kill cam though.

I've seen what you have described though. I've been shot and even stabbed by someone not even facing me. Sometimes they'll be sliding around in a crouch position too.

This is the exact reason I quit and put it in the easiest difficulty just so I could get through it and get the unlocks.

I finally finished the game on normal, can't imagine how bad it would have been on hard lol. I just don't understand the spawn points being setup like they are, just makes no sense but it was a fairly good game otherwise, better then COD Ghosts singleplayer imo.

I got BF4 (PC) free with my GPU and finally got around to installing it but I'm really confused as never really played BF before.

It surprised me by taking me to a browser when I went to play but I understand it's run that way. I've played COD before and add a casual player, I just want to jump in with randoms and play around but do I need to select a server and are there any casual servers? All of them were named clans, etc. I don't want to be in a clan as I'll probably play once a month. Just some FPS fun when I feel like it.

With COD I would just jump on, select team deathmatch and it would fine me a game and that's it. Is this possible on BF4 and if so, how do I do it?

I miss aim assist lol. But yes...last night it was much smoother on Conquest.

For the first time ever i have to disagree with you. This game was so inconsistant it wasnt even funny. Havent had one death that felt cheap since the update. Been getting great scores too

I ran the new system test thing and it said everything was great so I lowered my smoothing down to 10. Don't know if that will do anything.

I've had the game since Christmas and haven't once touched the singleplayer. I think I'll get on that just for the unlocks. Did you finish in one sitting?

Don't see how there is disagreement? I'm not a great shot, so I like aim assist :P You don't need it, so you're happy it's gone so people like me can't shoot people like you as easily as before LOL. It's all good.
