I have no idea. At first I thought I pulled out the defibs instead of the medpacks by accident, but the next time I didn't even touch any of my gadgets. My guy just pulls out his defbis and revives them quick for 20 points.

Well I guess you just learned a new feature. Quick google search brought me to this, it was first or second link.

Battlelog is a free social platform that ties into Battlefield 4 and Battlefield 3 and lets you socialize, track stats, plan your next game, and more from your web browser!

Revives then brings your weapon back. That's what happened to me. I'm looking over a hill and was trying to spot then shoot so my team knows where the guy is at if I die. Of course I died because my squad member was dead from that very same guy. I go to spot and I end up quick reviving and gettin myself killed.

I got nothing, just system, cords and controller. I'll just try my iPhone earbuds.

                  Alrighty, here we go...

I have BF4 for PS4 and I have not opened it yet. I got it with the B2G1 deal. I love the Battlefield series and I have the previous version, BF3, for my PC. I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice or help. I am thinking about trading in BF4 for FIFA. So, how is BF4 for the PS4? Would it be worth trading it in for FIFA and getting it for the PC, or is the new gen graphics and gameplay up to par with the PC? I have a PC that will play BF4 on max settings, so I know that the game will not pop out like it does on the PC, but I am starting to lean towards the consoles(s) for simplicity's sake. I don't know how much more I can upgrade my PC, or keep upgrading it, that is.

What do you guys think, who have played BF4?

Thanks in advance for your help and your responses.

I haven't yet played BF4 on Ps4, but I also play on PC max settings. And there's nothing like it. Especially if you prefer mouse and keyboard. If you only want BF4 for 1 system and have a PC that can handle it at max, I'd personally suggest PC 100 out of 100 times.

Biggest things (imo) to help you decide. What system your friends play on, more comfortable: controller or M & KB, and what's better: tv/couch or chair/monitor.

I'll echo Gerg's comments. If you can run this game on max setting on your PC, it's a no-brainer.

With that said, I'm really enjoying the PS4 version. I suck...like bad, but I really haven't played a FPS since the early CoD/R6 days. I laugh because my sons treat it like CoD and want to run around everywhere. They're getting smoked.

                        Thanks for the reply, Greg!

Yeah, that is what I am thinking about, too. I do prefer m/kb for FPS games. My friends are console gamers and I am the only PC guy in our circle. However, no one plans on getting a PS4 anytime soon. I don't mind playing at my desk, but my nice cozy couch sounds inviting lol.

After doing some more research, I think that I may go return it for FIFA and get BF4 for the PC. I mean, who wouldn't want the best graphics that you can get lol.

Yeah, Sully, I am thinking that I would get smoked because I haven't played a FPS on the console in a very long time. Well, a multiplayer one like BF4, anyway. I feel much more confident with a mouse and a keyboard.

Have you guys played FIFA, yet?

                        Thanks again!

EDIT: No suppression either or at least very minor effects. I'm laying down fire with an lmg on jac and he just stands there and pops a quick headshot. He just blurts out no suppression mike, can't do that
There's no menu in game to change load out or join squads. DICE said that the squad thing is because it was so difficult inBF3 so they just took it out

This game is better than Call of Duty in its own game: Close quarters.

Can't wait to try out some real Battlefield gameplay on Conquest and Rush.

The Pulse headset comes with a 3.5 mm cord. Plug that into the bottom of your controller, then the other end into the headset and turn it on. You can get game audio through the headset and use it to chat. This is what I am doing for now. If you are not getting game audio through the headset go to settings, sound and screen, then choose audio output settings, then output to headphones, and set it to all audio. Hope this helps.
