Yeah, I can't put my finger on it, but it just feels different. Its hard to explain. For now, the characters seem smaller in the maps.

I'm gonna try to get some time in tonight, but if the servers are still wonky I'm gonna play something else.

I'm positive it's the increase in aim assist and it doesn't help you much at all. It throws me off as my aim will jump to another dude behind my target, but that's not who I want. I want to shoot the guy who is an immediate threat to me first.

Also, it's most notable using iron sights on a sniper or a magnum. You may be trying to lineup that headshot, but lock onto their chests. I'm having slight issues trying to adjust to it as it's not real sensitive to slight adjustments and I just end up over adjusting and missing some easy kills. Turning off the aim assist isn't an option as anything outside of close range, I would be at a severe disadvantage.

I know many of you guys on PS4 are enjoying the game (I'm still on PS3), but it's kind of a disappointment coming on the forums and seeing the reports of my fellow gamers getting the code error. I don't know why it really bothers me, but I guess because I've been a huge Battlefield supporter and in a way I feel let down.

I'm not sure if many of you remember, but back in mid to late October, EA new about this specific error when they had some journalists out to play the game. The fact that they knew about this and released the game without a fix or release day resolution (and I think at one point tried pointing the finger at Sony) disappoints me more than anything...

I haven't had a single issue connecting to BF4, but my time with the game is limited to only a couple hours.

There are about 3 modes I can connect with. But I want to play conquest with 64 people, which isn't available yet.

Complete Battlefield newbie here:

A buddy and I want to play 1-on-1 to get our feet wet. We could do this on COD on the PS3. Can we do that here? And if so, how? We're completely lost as to how to set up a private match.

I've only been able to do Rush. I haven't tried Domination or Team Deathmatch, but I've seen those modes on my friends list.

The ACOG x4 sight is amazing now that they've upped the resolution on all sights in the game.

They used to be pretty worthless in older Battlefields because the resolution was so bad. But they are awesome now that sights are much clearer and easier to see through.

If you use an ACOG make sure to use the attachment that decreases verticle recoil as well as the stubby grip that decreases spread. It makes your guns into 200m+ lazerbeams.

What is everyone's favorite gun so far?

The Ace 23 and the Aug are hands down to me the best guns .

Make sure you use you battlepacks and find the right equipment for you gun thats comfortable for you. Thats what i had to do. once you find that right setup you'll have no issue with aim.

As far as sensitivity i really dont think you need to adjust that. Since i was playing on x360 i have to unlock the AUG and the Ace 23 all over again but for now the AK -12 is a GREAT starter gun.

I have like a 1.5 KD now but that will get better

scar is more powerful but more difficult to control...too shaky for me especially at long distance

I'm curious since you say your aim is terrible (mine is too).

What % do you have your aim set at? The default 20%?

I was thinking of going down to 15% myself.

My hit rate is about 12%. Which is why my K/D is .58. Although I'm getting better after unlocking the SCAR.

So I was just playing the campaign when suddenly the game crashed and I literally lost all of my progress. My campaign save file was completely wiped. WTF? Well I don't feel much like starting over right now, but that's is a pretty serious bug right there. I wasn't hugely impressed by the campaign but I would still like to finish it. Not playing again until this is resolved.
