I forget to mention the audio glitches.

Since the patch, it seems like half of my matches are played with all the sound effects mysteriously silenced. Sometimes they cut in and out throughout the match. But many games, the sound effects disappear immediately upon loading up the map and then they never come back on.

Also, I hate the squad leader glitch where the team color indicator takes a second or two to show up when you point your aim at a squad leader. I probably see four to five senseless team kills a game just from the delay in the team color icon.

Copped a X1 a couple days ago and this game (for the third time). I must say idk if its the servers but this game is 100 X harder on the X1. I think its partly due to lage casue the past couple days i have been killing people and getting ZERO hitmarkers. a few times i clearly was shooting a guy from close range from the back and he still did not die. I dont know whats going on because i am a level 30 (transferred stats from 360) but the guns feel EXTREMELY different in this version. Feels like the recoil is on steriods and very floaty.

I will say those second assault maps are FIRE. Metro which was one of my favorite seems way to crowded now with 64 players.

Not sure if you are playing normal or hardcore but with HC there are no hit markers anymore.

Game is playing ok on X1 but there still seems to be some kinks that need to be worked out to get the silky smooth gameplay that I was hoping for out of next gen.

The little bird is a dream to fly, but the attack choppers are way too slow. It's hard to get around buildings in time because of how slow it moves.

I also finding that I like Rush better than Conquest. I started playing it more due to conquest crashing quite a bit for me, but I have found that I do better in Rush and prefer it in many cases. That said, I do enjoy conquest a lot as well when it does not crash on me.

This. I can keep the jets flying in the test range, but actually hitting something with the cannons is another story. Choppers, I can't even keep in the air for more than about 5 seconds.

I have been on vacation for a week and haven't really been reading this thread. Sorry if this has been answered before, but did they fix the error with the campaign not saving?

I wish I could get into Rush like so many of you seem to like it.

I think it's just how all the Rush games I play all I see is the attacking team blindly running in and getting slaughtered, so that might be ruining the experience for me. (Both on BF3 and now the same on BF4)

I used to play Rush with Koolie and nuni on 3 because that seemed like all they played, lol.

I feel like my disinterest in that mode is forcing me to miss out on some good times, since everyone here seems to love that mode. Idk.

nah it was definitely normal i dont even touch Hardcore with friendly fire involved.


its really strange because i play on the One and it seems like it takes a whole clip for someone to die. On the ps4 i can kill at least 2 with one clip and long distance shots seem impossible on the One. I have the 360 , One , and PS4 versions of this game and the One is the only system i have trouble on. I even had to turn sensitivity down the guns are weird on the One

Rush is the one mode i cant stand....wether its sitting around camping for the enemy or rushing towards a area full of campers


Conquest on Metro is horrible...if your not on the side of the A&B flags getting to them is dam near impossible. I dont remember it being so hard but its got to be due to the increased player count

that's weird im playing on xbox one and I have no problems getting 2-3 kills with a clip on core. there seems to be less aim assist on the xbone over the 360 version. for long distance shots im burst firing to keep my shots on target and aiming for the head.

Love the game now. Only crashes when the PS4 freaks out about Dolby Digital when using the optic cable. Happens in NBA2K14 too. I hope Sony can patch that somehow. Otherwise I got over 70 hours played already! Yes I have a problem. I play Rush almost exclusively.

I hear some of the frustration with Rush, but i'm still having a blast with it. I feel like the teams are never evenly matched. Not necessarily a matchmaking issue as much as you'll have one time working together really well and making smart decisions, and the other team just playing lone wolf or playing dumb. I find most every round of Rush either ends with every objective destroyed, or none at all.

I feel like some of the maps are pretty uneven as well. There's one (I believe it's Hainan) where being on the attacking team is suicide. You have to cross what seems to be miles of water in clear view to the enemy, so I typically find that I'll die 2 or 3 times before I can even make landfall. Not hard to defend when everyone can just sit back with RPG's and take out every vehicle before they even hit the objectives. By the time you finally make it to land, you're already down to less than half your tickets. Basically, the only chance you have is to get a chopper behind enemy lines without being shot down and dropping as many soldiers as possible down onto the field. Unfortunately, everyone thinks they are a crack pilot with the chopper and typically crash into the water not far from the launching point.

The key to that one is everybody pretty much going at once. It's easy to overwhelm the defenders. HOWEVER. If you get asshats that camp out in the mid island sniping or worse the LAV camps out there trying to get his K/D up then yes it's over.

I'm the one idiot that still tries to make it to the objectives in that situation.
