Classic. I was wondering who all the assassins were and when I heard of one that...I'd never heard of I thought he'd be a badass.

Electrocutioner? One kick chump. Now Slade? THAT was an epic fight. Felt like a total badass.

Haha that was one the better moments of the game so far for me. One thing I'm enjoying so far is the aggressiveness that this younger Batman has. Good game so far.

I've got to spend about three or four hours with the campaign so far. I would say it is very good and to add that as other posters stated the gameplay is almost identical to the previous Batman games. If you enjoyed the previous two I would say definitely pick this up but if you're looking for something new definitely pass.

I started out with the multiplayer and while it was fun for a few matches I really don't see myself going back to it much.

I really enjoy the multi-player but am getting pretty tired of its bugginess. First I have to wait forever for enough people, then as it is about to start it loses connection, then it tells me it is migrating to a new game, then it doesn't do anything at all.

Hopefully they can fix it soon enough.

Anyone know if I can change around the controls?

I liked it better in Arkham City where Detective Mode was L2 and throwing things were L1/R1... I want to go back to that.

Haha that was one the better moments of the game so far for me. One thing I'm enjoying so far is the aggressiveness that this younger Batman has. Good game so far.

And I can see how he's really botching it. Like when he went Darth Vader on an interrogatee, choking someone out when he wanted information.


Also, Bats is taking a LOT more damage than the later Batman does. It's a good thing he's basically wearing combat and plate armor.

By the end of the game I don't know how his cape can keep him aloft when gliding.

Finally beat Slade. Took me like 8 tries. Not big on the quick time type events. Hopefully there want be may more boss battles like that.

You can also cheat it by batclawing and then getting a hit in. Rinse and repeat.

I just love the game. The controls in terms of movement and combat is smoother. The game world and design is very similar to AC but how much can a place change in a few years given that Batman is always in the same city. He is not a roaming global super hero saving the world. He is a home body essentially when it comes to his town and I dig that.

However, perhaps changing the season/time of year would have made a difference instead of the snow and cold again. The story is very good as it is and I like the Christmas eve thing but a different angle could have had the young dark knight carrying out his crime fighting whilst also contending with a freak summer heat wave or something just to make a change to the game world. May have made little difference I don't know but just a thought.

hi guys I have this game & it's awesome so far but I need some help as i'm playing the story & I seen there are challenges like always.

well i'm only at the part where i'm trying to locate penguin but I have the 1st 9 of the shadow vigilante challenges done but i'm stuck on rank 10i it's the high risk high reward one


get a grade a fight with atleast a high threat level. I tried what the hints say & either don't understand it or am just having no luck or i'm doing something wrong

how do I do this one to unlock the free flow power gadgets?

I mean what controls & upgrades do I need & what's the best way & place in the game to accomplish this?

also just noticed a new patch 1.03 has been released for batman arkham origins does anyone know what it does or if it fixes anything?

thanks but like what do I need to do to unlock this as I get 7 different virations & useally have about a 20 or 30 combo yet & mostly get hit bout 4 to 5 times


yet all I get is a b or c or d grade in a high threat fight what am I doing wrong? because i'm wanting to get this done. asap

Honestly, the easiest way to get an A grade or above is to get a high combo chain going and not get hit at anytime during the fight. It took me a minute to get that one as well.

what would be a high combo chain cuz iv'e gotten to as high as 37 doing this so what is this? would the 20's or 30's combos or strikes count or do I need to b higher? & what combos or is the high combo chain like just like a beatdown & when it counts fast plus countering or is it something else?

cuz the hints don't mention not getting hit they just sat minmal damage?


if it's the hits maybe that's why?

but should I throw in quick battrang, the slide, cape stun, quick fire batclaw, gulid kick, beatdown, among others or do these not count as I've done them for the verations part? if they don't count what would u reccamend?

somewhere i'm doing something wrong.
