I'm regretting not buying The Last Word. It perks left me really disappointed until I watched some videos on it.

Not a chance I'm staying in a lobby where I can dump a full mag into somebody and barely damage them. I've gone from a 1.5 to 2 K/D player in Crucible to sub .5 in IB, and it ain't from skill.

It's maddening that I need to grind this crap for an etheric light. I'm already rank 2, but I'm close to just being done. It's garbage.

Roll with a fire team, any fire team. Lfg it if need be. Just basic communication and strategy make a huge difference. I play during the day solo abs usually win 1 out of every three. In the evenings with my fire team it's usually winter 3 or 4 of every 5 matches.

Destiny

Bungie did a great job making it easier to level up alts. My main hunter hit level 3 early yesterday. My Titan on around 12 matches with 4 or 5 wins plus 3 bounties hit level 2 so easily.

I've gotten pretty lucky with this game lately. Yesterday and today (mostly today) ran through the 34 and 32 poe on all 3 chars. Got a sniper that I rolled into a good void sniper, and ascended. Used my 2nd etheric light to ascend my Titan's chest piece so he can 34 wearing Saint 14. Then did 3 judgements chances with the cores I got; received the kell boots (my titans current boots hadn't had extra heavy ammo, and the void machine gun, already at 365, so I don't have to use etheric light on that, so now I can ascend my Word of Crota. Worked out nicely.

Skolas is fun this week! Did it twice today, on my Warlock and Hunter, both times with groups that hadn't really done it (one guy had gallyed him week 1) and I don't think it took more than 4 or 5 tries with either group. The 2nd group only took multiple tries because first time our titan forgot to switch to weapons, and another time he threw his bubble halfway off the platform. Still enjoyable. Burned him down past halfway, got mines, shot him again, got mines. Actually the way it's supposed to be done!

Got an Arc Six Dreg Pride II for my troubles. I actually really dig the gun. And it saved me an etheric light, since it pushed Fatebringer down the list of stuff to be ascended first. Upped my Vision instead.

You're a better man than me. Fatebringer is a beast at 365. After my raid boots (for extra heavy ammo) Fatebringer was the first weapon I ascended.

Six dreg pride has almost identical stats to fatebringer. It doesn't have firefly, and has fewer rounds, but can also have much better range. Fatebringer is still better, but Dreg is still pretty damn good. And I'd rather up other weapons than have 2 arc hand cannons.

Ascended my VoG helmet on my Warlock tonight too. I've got one more Skolas kill to get, but should be the easiest since it'll be with my titan. I'll save that etheric light until reset to see what I'll need next week.

Well that's disappointing. 11 engrams and no Purifier Robes. Got a Lucky Raspberry though which is cool.

Bought 7 got 4 purifier robes, 2 Titan chests and no lucky raspberry. I only roll hunter and titans.

I love the Lucky Raspberry. I forgot when I got it, but I use it a lot when I put my blade dancer on now. It's great.

I bought 19 (miscounted earlier Jones) and got purifier on number 18. Of those, 2 were lucky raspberries, 1 armamentarium, the rest were crests of alpha lupi. Crazy how many crests it kept decoding, one whole batch (8 engrams) were crests. Bad thing about the purifier robes is no weapon ammo buff, so I had to switch out my boots to get heavy ammo back (gotta have those 2 extra gjally shots). Shame the dead orbit boots can't roll with heavy, I really liked the look.

Think by the end of the night i may have one character Rank 5 in IB. Which will be great for my other one as she'll get a bonus to catch up. 4 etheric light in a week? Ill take it.
